So I had this thing about a week ago and it only lasted a few days luckily and im back to my normal self but i didnt eat much at all like a bit of food at dinner time and i would be fine but im back to eating quite a lot now, I am better now!

I feel the same way as you (js that I'm a brunette with green eyes and not willing to become a guy), I understand how you're feeling even if I'm js a stranger to u. But js try to say like small things that you'd like to have very short hair or stuff like that and your dad might not be that surprise if you come out as trans, genderfluid or smth else (if you still feel like that). I'm very sorry to js come into your life and js say smth like that bc I'm a stranger and don't know you irl
