Faded-Alan Walker (Whatever fandom you want) Basically, female Y/n ends up seeing her male childhood friend named Christopher Ramirez and all her forgotten memories returned. She then gets the idea to lyric prank her class. Including Chris. "You were the shadow to my light" could be changed to "I was the shadow to his light" Meaning: Y/n always followed him since she was too timid when they were younger. And she thinks of herself as a shadow, a ghost. Everyone rarely notices her until she's practically right behind them due to how quiet she is. It's not that she lacks confidence, it's just she gets drained and tired of social interactions easily. "Did you feel us?" refers to her wondering if she was imagining his love for her "Another start, you fade away" Means that once she moved they lost contact. They were forced to move on with their lives. "Afraid our aim is outta sight. Wanna see us? Alight." ??? ... "The monster's running inside of me" means that she feels like an outcast 24/7. Whether it's in a positive way OR negative way. Etc. I'm too lazy to interpret all verses.
