Looked into the wiki, and it looks like ghasts have a max pack size of 1 in java, so probably not

@@khipmunk hi 😊 You would have to just move the last row. It’s the only one that’s different. And then prolong the redstone with repeaters.

@@MineTheFab Thanks for the reply! Another question about the last row - what if I wanted multiple columns of unfiltered items? The current set up would fill up the first 'misc' column to the hoppers and then get backed up, right?

Hi 😊 don’t really know how to precisely measure that. And it also depends! You kan set up in never-ever-break-mode, or you can use a clock that’s prone to be affected be server speed etc. I show how in the video for the 3.2 and its in the WD as well.

Hi I am having trouble with the input chest. The minecart seems to stop halfway to the chest. I used a litematica schematic and have compared it to the world download and it looks the same. I am on 1.21.3 Java. Thanks. Edit: The observers in the clock used to make the minecart move slower are updated slower than the ones in the world download. Any Ideas?

Hi very good design just built it on a server but the minecart it too slow when it goes to pick up the stuff from the input chest. It comes up the bumble column but then moves a bit and stops before it even gets to the chest. Any ideas

quartz isnt so hard to get that id put up with that clicky noise. certainly wouldnt want to buidl a mega sorter with it. but functional is functional.

Hi 😊 You have seen this exact design before? Because I have not. Which honestly surprised me, since it is so simple. But haven’t made allocated slot storage for years and years now.

@ the only reason is because like you said the noise. Another reason was the amount of resources needed for sorting when using as a main storage was greater then the non slot. Plus you will always have to keep one item in the slot.

Yeah! For Years I have designed storage using Indexes instead. The latest being the FabMiss 4.0. There fast and cool. But early game or if you don't care much for redstone that's not and option.

Built this today and it works well but everytime i log off my world and join back later the zombies despawn even if i did nametag them. i had to transport the zombies again for the farm to start working again

@MineTheFab i am playing using lunar client but on my own singleplayer world by myself im not sure if that effects mob despawns since i mainly play with mods with performance enhancing only (sodium) and i never changed my difficulty to peaceful, always has it set as hard. The zombies dying from burning or iron golems itself are very unlikely. Haven't figured out whats causing it yet at the moment. Edit: im playing on 1.21.0 version

@ I know very little about modded mc … and there certainly not dying from the golems … but you could try putting a full block more over their heads. (And a slab of course)

@MineTheFab okay i discovered what causing them to despawn When i have my world open to LAN and go to any dimension(nether this case) the nametag zombies at the iron farm despawned. I don't know how they despawn since my world is on hard mode all the time but ill try not to use LAN as often now. Thanks for the help man

Hi 😊 Not sure what you mean … but you can prolong the rows til full piston push length and you could move the hopper clock one block further out and ad a water stream at the backside. And you could increase the height.

for some reason im having issues with only 1 pod. A single villager will go to bed and not get woken by the zombie so only 3 golems spawn. Would you know why?

@@Jwpid1 hi 😊 Its not unusual in this farm that only three golems spawn sometimes. It has to do with timing. The villagers can detect a golem 16 blocks away and that will abort there own spawning. So only when the timing is right”perfect” will 4 zombies spawn. It has nothing to do with the villager not getting up. It does not affect the spawning. Somehow villagers can communicate (even without line of sight) 10 blocks away. And as long as three villagers sleep each night and one sees the

i built this in creative following litematica (to test for survival) and have only run into one problem -- the comparator in the input section (out of the mangrove roots) won't power. the schematic is showing everything as correct except for this, so i don't know what's going wrong. i'm very bad at redstone so i'm hoping someone else can help me out with this. when i use litematica's paste function (or use the sorter in the world download) this doesn't happen and the sorter works like it should, so i don't think its an issue with any mods or plugins that i have.

@@itsrainingcats9365 hi 😊 If I remember correctly the comparator actually read that there is a bucket in the dispenser and it won’t read that if the water is not ejected into the mangrove root - that’s how it works. Hope that helped?

I made a version that's 5 blocks high (if you count the block underneath a comparator, otherwise it's only 4 blocks high), 7 blocks long and 2 blocks wide. It's also tileable and self sustaining. My system needs a perfect input, but that's achieved by a hopper minecart that only starts distributing it's items if it's completely full. It distrubutes the items in 16 modules, so every module burns 1 Kelpblock.

I just recently had a simlar problem in which my villagers were disappearing from my iron farms. I didn't know what caused it, tested the farms for days until I figured our, that one of them got hit by the Zombie on occasion. It's one of those farms, where the Zombie is close by. I couldn't figure out how to fix it until I built the exact farm and flipping the beds the other way around by accident. No villager was got beaten up by the zombie anymore.

@@FusselTeddy0707 Yup! I also have experienced that if you build a small farm with only a block distance between the villagers and the zombie 😊 In this farm though the Zombie is miles away, so it took me a moment to figure out.
