I personally enjoy the Arcadeshop Programmable PCB, the menu system is amazing looking, faster, and has other games that aren't williams.

Hey there Delusional thanks for covering this stick. I bought this off eBay recently and when it came it turns out that one of the Microswitches base that is glued to the under plate is broken. I was trying to email Groovy Gamer Gear on their website via their 'Contact Us' but I just couldn't get the email to send. Is there any way you can help me get in contact with them at Groovy Gamer Gear? I want to see if I could buy a new set of switches, and a 4 Way restrictor plate... I'm looking at choosing between getting some parts replaced or doing a return with the seller. I just got the stick in today so I'm kinda limited on time on what I'm going to do...

I'm sure this comment sounded weird to you. But I couldn't send the email because I was trying their Contact Us part of their site before I made an account. Once I did make an account I was emailed with their welcome and it came with the Email to reach the owner. Now I'm just waiting for a response. watching this video again, I just realized you had the address here 14:01

@@delsarcade Ya! I got it Thank You! Yaa I understand about bots and stuff. Like I mentioned last night I was able to get an email out, Now I'm just waiting for a reply. To cover all my bases I came here to drop a comment because it seemed like no other way to get in contact with Groovy. Thank You for the Help! I guess if enough time goes by maybe I can ask you to get a word in to them to check their Emails 😅 But it's been less than a day so I'll wait a bit

I wonder if you can play sf3 third strike in this arcade cabinet or not
@delsarcade
@delsarcade 8 күн бұрын
@@sakifahmed2196 It's a Blast City cabinet, so yes, but you need to swap out some hardware. The keyboards won't play nice since they are meant for Naomi hardware, not SF3 hardware. But Blast City cabinets can easily swap control panels to accommodate.

I spent every quarter that came my way in the Arcade. Back then there were 3 or 4 of them within blocks of each other, and I would wander through, watching people play, and playing a bit myself too. What I found fascinating was this odd sensation that would come over me after having spent an hour or so hopping from one Arcade to another, I would start to feel 'Videogame - drunk' ( this is what I named this feeling I get ) Anyone else experience anything similar?

I've had this board for ten years now. First thing I got was a scanline generator which made the games look a bit nicer. Shame a lot of the games run with issues, my main gripe is screen tearing on the scrolling shooters, it really ruins the look of the game. I have about 50 games which seem to run ok kept on the menu. Amidar is probably my most played game.

Unfortunately, no. It's a special version of MAME compiled just for beta testing by the author. I mention it here at 00:33 It's designed for original hardware only. In fact, to get the Outrun Enhance code you need to register and prove you have original hardware here: tinyurl.com/3f7yxz63

On the plus side, the rarity of these made licensing cheap for Colecovision, where I played them. Yes, rasterized home conversions, but not bad way to experience rarer games in those days.

Awesome lineup. These were rare to nonexistent around Se Michigan arcades early, mid 80s. The Chuck E Cheese, Showbiz pizza arcades usually had only multiples of big name titles and a few or one of the more rare, like the environmental sit down Missile Command I played at a Ceasarland pizza arcade late 80s. Problem was, unless a game was a hit quickly, they rotated out of circulation quickly. Or low production numbers made them hard to find.

Nice arcade Mike. I think that is the only pooyan I have ever seen outside of the galloping ghost arcade. Of course thegleek had it. Doesn't surprise me. Btw, how did you manage to fit 3 PCBs and 2 HSS kits into the DK jr? I have dk & dk jr plus the HSS kit for DK in my DK cab. with a riddledTV switcher. And it is tight as hell. Nice work.
