If Africa becomes 2 landmasses, I can’t say whether the break-up will make earth turn into 8 continents. By that, I mean just think about the landmass of Greenland. Most people think it’s big enough to be a continent, but it is actually smaller versus everyone’s thoughts and is therefore not counted as a continent. So to my point, when the eastern part of Africa breaks off apart from the rest of Africa in the future, it may not even be a big enough landmass to be counted as a continent. Instead Africa could still be 1 continent, not 2, and the breakaway landmass could just be identified as a Long Island of Africa, while Madagascar itself remains the easternmost country of Africa still around then. ➡️ In the end, I may not even be alive by the time Africa breaks apart into 2 landmasses, so I couldn’t say if the new landmass would be seen as a new continent or not, as soon as it breaks apart.

It is a must for a city which has the obligation to upgrade its business networks and facilities. I hope it will ends as they promise, as it will upscale the economic level of the capital as the connections inside the country.

Oh, you mean "insane" in the good way. All of Austin's plans are insane. The city has been run by idiots for the last 30 years. The last non-toll roads that were built were in 1995, yet the population has tripled. Traffic is some of the worst in the nation. Sure, there are some good things here, but you can't get to them. If you do manage to get nearby you'll never find a place to park. Of course, if you're rich, that isn't a problem, but the thing that made Austin great and gave it such a reputation is that you could have a great life here for not too much money, until about 2000.

I think they're trying. I think investment in public transit and creating a denser city will eleviate the cost.
@jeffwalther2023Ай бұрын
@@mistermateov Capital Metro is deeply incompetent. They can not build public transit that will work. Making the city denser is WEF wisdom, which means, NOT. This will make things vastly worse, not better, while continuing to destroy the livability in Austin. But, hey, enjoy your $5000/mo 300 ft^2 apartment...

It’s doesn’t seem to be happening. There is zero energy on that site.. there is one or two nice new buildings on a massive site with no earth movers, cranes, construction workers staging areas and NO tenants for the existing buildings. I’m not impressed by Denver where I often live, but if this were in Denver it would be impossible to keep up with demand. Austin would be even more aggressively occupied. There just isn’t demand in Chicago, a truly amazing city.

CPK was never a real project but propaganda like in the years of communism. CPK, like many other ideas of this type in Poland, e.g. the Polish electric car project IZERA (which, of course, did not actually exist) was aimed at fooling people into continuing to vote for Kaczyński's party. In fact, in the years 2015-2023, a political mafia ruled, which lied to the people and led to a huge state debt. Today, CPK-type projects are still used politically, as can be seen in the comments. The current government is blackmailed by Kaczyński's people and accused of anti-Polishness due to the actual impossibility of building such projects. The stories that we don't need CPK and we have Berlin are pure manipulation. Poland is in a very difficult situation after Kaczyński's rule and there is no money for such projects. The comments under your video are trolling people who destroyed Poland under Kaczyński and people blinded by fantasies who believed in fairy tales.

This shows how even the best laid plans can lead to mistaken construction. This video with the plans laid out about 18 months ago show that terminal 1, with its 23 gates with 22 able to handle the A380 is already out of date. The A380 has ceased production and only 129 flying, with over half of them are owned by Emirates with 88 (and most are not going to JFK). So you have a large new terminal, with relatively few gates (23), hosting normal sized planes in 2030 not using the extra space where instead it could have more gates. Terminal 4 with its 54 gates will much more wisely use the space it has for the foreseeable future. The 747-800, the second biggest jet will be on the decline by that point so the large Terminal 1 gates will be underutilized.

Human Rights Watch should put an eye in this airport. There are really bad things happening there with the workers the land attendants towards passangers. I was victim in this airport last may 25 of 2024 of a female land attendant that didn't let me take my flight. I scream and yell full of panic a fear asking for the police or an emigration officer because the JFK it was my first scale after a 6 hours first flight. Nobody showed up stayed trapped there all day I lost two more flights and a lot of money. Now the psychological and physical damage to me and my spouse are breaking and destroying our lives. I can't accept that after all that are not consequences for the flight attendant that caused all this pain and damage

Will they at least plant a huge green park as well??? As is Athens wouldn't have more than enough buildings and empty flats that could offer space for living. What is missing are parks!!! How amazing would be a huge green lung next to the sea? Instead they build more streets and asphalt. Also tourists love mature and do not come to Greece to go shopping. For me it's a huge failure and proof that the main motivation is again money.
