Does Andrew (the agent with grey hair) have any lower teeth? He seems gummy in that part of his mouth.

Steve's reference to JLo makes sense now. She's like the kind of person who is really hard to please and comes across as she's always better than everyone 😶

Often these real estate agents show no practicality at all. A couple four children and showing no bedroom space. What is it always with the spiral staircases - dangerous and not practical.

Interview very unprofessional. Poor dress, sunglasses on head, jeans, and the couple themselves did not appear too focused on the ultimate goal of getting the best fit.

I love the village property with low doors that Sean showed the two gentlemen. I wonder if it's still available?

SO many properties on multiple levels - are there no same level properties available. Narrow stairs and narrow halls. Often poor flow in proeprties.

Do not understand why the agents do not driive and bring in car clients. On this episode two older ladies one disabled how do they get around and in the heat. VERY unprofessional.

Can I just say, greed is a terrible thing, I sold all 3 of my properties within 18 days, just by being fair. It is easy. I have 2 friends that were trying to sell a bungalow in Cyprus their price was 165,000 euros. after 4 years of it not being sold they sold it for 120,000 euros, but for the 5 years they did not sell they paid the taxes the electricity rufuse etc. So if they had sold for 140 euros they would have made a profit and cut all the extras!! Intead they were thousands down!! Go figure

It always makes me chuckle when clients looking for a holiday home often want to upgrade the kitchen. It's a holiday home! Who cares about upgrading a kitchen of a holiday home? Unless it's absolutely butt ugly, save your cash. Thanks for the upload.

Jeez the excitement of how much they made was miserable, considering how other couples made nothing and done great work as well. but were at least still cheerful. Oh well.

Great couple for sure, I think if they put their heads together and both got a property to flip they would make some income. Lovely house well done. x

I agree. I loved house #2 and would have made the studio work somehow. It was perfect.

For the older man, I preferred the 1st property to the 3rd. The 5k left off the balance would be enough to open up the kitchen and make it more open-plan. For the couple, I loved that 3rd house they saw
@nancyn3475 ай бұрын
I agree, and that third house was perfect for them (although having the pool right beside the road where a van was parked felt a little too close for comfort).
@valynteena5 ай бұрын
I did like that property 1. For me, properties 2 and 3 needed updating, especially their bathrooms, but property 1 was more turnkey for me, and it was a house, whereas 2 and 3 were apartments. The only major thing it lacked was views but it had a unique layout which was appealing. For the other couple, the 2nd property was nice. However, the one they went for was better. It needed a little updating, but it had the views, peacefulness, and quietness they wanted, which I appreciate as well.

For the couple that saw 2 homes instead of 3, that 1st home was a great option. It had great views, enough space, and was below budget. The only thing lacking was a pool which, when our, will still be below budget. The 2bd property wasn't even worth it. For the 2nd couple, the 3rd property they saw and chose was a no-brainer. It had everything and more.
