For the older man, I preferred the 1st property to the 3rd. The 5k left off the balance would be enough to open up the kitchen and make it more open-plan. For the couple, I loved that 3rd house they saw

I agree, and that third house was perfect for them (although having the pool right beside the road where a van was parked felt a little too close for comfort).

Sharon and Steve are on the money every time, but Natalie and her Darren don't seem to listen nor have any charisma or humility at all... just like drinking, perhaps?

Ya, I felt that Natalie and Darren were rather awkward with their client. And they really didn't listen to what he wanted.

Exactly. Didn't this guy actually say he wanted 3 beds property so his 3 children and grandchildren have enough space? So why they came up with not so spacious 2 beds after the first round? The last one has a balcony of that sort I'd be constantly worried about young kids being there, even if supervised. Not safe. That take just a moment for a kid to lean over a bit more, or running a bit wild round, chasing each other, as they naturally tend to do, and next second you're on the phone frantically calling ambulance hoping the child is still alive, lying down there on the floor. I don't get it. These two agents too have kids on their own, they should know much better. This client has enough money to buy a decent, specious 3 beds property, why they did not try better then?
