Love this, more of this format please. From an early age, I made my mom read me scary stories at bedtime. I've been an ardent Sci Fi and horror movies fan since I can remember.

It's always astounded me how places like these are just left to rot. I've seen beautiful homes abandoned for decades with all of their belongings, including clothing left behind. You have to wonder what circumstances caused the families to leave in such a hurry.

I'm from Old Swan and went to St Oswald's primary and Junior school was also baptised and made my communion in the Church I remember my mum and nan always mentioning how my school was built upon a mass grave but I never believed them always just thinking it was to scare me so to find out it was true is simply astonishing.
