kzbin.infoRIlw2nHtu8Q?si=gfV_q1P9c5h6jx-j At 18, I was diagnosed with AVN, the pain was unbearable. Miraculously, after 2 years, I found relief. Now, my AVN stage is 5 for the left hip and 4 for the right, with stable bone density.

6 weeks post distal radius fracture of the wrist. Off the cast and in a brace now. Already regained 60% -70% of my mobility and looking forward to my PT next week! It's amazing what your body can do with plenty of rest, nutrient dense foods and hydrating yourself with lots of fluids. Also, get some movement + sun exposure whenever you can. It helps tremendously with recovery. Keep your heads up guys, and trust the process! Sending lots of love.❤

First of all, thank you very much for your KZbin channel, it is very interesting and useful for me. I have a question about orthoses for triple flexion cases, my patients have used the floor reaction and I like it a lot, but now, it is starting to be used, the Neuro Swing Afo, do you have any experience with it? I would love to see a video of yours about her.
