Every Talisman in the DLC is Bugged in the Ps5 Version. They all only weight 0.3 and the Icon under the healthbar is ether incorrect or not even present. for example: two headed green turtle shows the symbol that health is increased etc. On Pc is everything fine with the new icons and correct weight

@@Rust_BKT i just found an solution in case anyone is in the same situation as me. In the Title Menu log in and start game. Now the talismans should be displayed correct. Im a strict singleplayer for my first walktrough, so this was really hard to find out.

Some random bug/glitch that happened to me in the dlc was when i wanted to fight the dlc death bird. Right when it spawned it suddenly went to its death animation and died. Fasted fight ever.

Nooo, i looked into it, that was only possible because backstep was a recovery cancel on parries. They fixed the frame data for that

@@professional_sufferer what i mean to say is that the backstep parry existed by having a cancel out of the parry animation itself. You cant cancel the animation in elden ring. You can backstep, THEN parry, but thats hardly the same thing

@@lac7141 It really depends on how many I-frames it gives you, in DS2 it gave about half as many I-frames that a roll would give you and thus would rely on you being very precise to actually dodge through attacks. Besides, I think it would be good for the game to get more meta evolving changes.

yes, and yes, and do i feel similarly about this? yes. In some ways its actually even more bullshit than qs/bhs though, but ill be going over that in my next video. but for now, its new, interesting, and funny, but after the honeymoon phase passes, ill be just as tilted about this as i will qs/bhs

I also noticed that the backhand blades neutral r2 has a bugged recovery time when you try to roll cancel its recovery You can block cancel it fine, but you can't roll out of it the normal way and you'll be left standing there like a dumbass for like 1 whole second if you just try to mash roll

The blood slash on Rennala's twin lgs occured to me simply by having my backhand blades on my off hand I thought this was just the end of the move even tho it seemed weird lmao

oh interesting, maybe this bug works even differently than we thought before. did you at any point use an L2 from backhnad blades? it can store the L2 prompt up until a restart

Colossal weapons suffer from the fact that every one of their attacks is reactable and super fuckin slow. Theyre the “please get hit by this” weapon, relying more on your opponent to make mistakes rather than your own skill expression to make it happen. I tend to avoid these types of weapons

Idk what it is but there has to be something wrong with light greatswords in PvP. Something about the beginning poke attack is broken and the poise damage is insanely low

Its not bugged at all, they just gave it dogshit poise damage. Its meant as a chipping tool, you have to poise count to make it work well

the thing with the incantations was were when you cast elden stars and then immediately cast another incantation your lower body followed the elden stars animation rather than the new one. hope this helped!

Are you positive chainsaw hasn't been patched? I've been trying it for the last hour with a macro that is at most 1ms out, and no successes. Same macro was working around 90% consistent before dlc.
