Have you ever replaced the bearings for the bull gear ? They aren’t easy to find everywhere trying to sell the whole assembly gear , shaft and bearings all together.

hello,I have a little ticking noise in my engine , its Nissan Murano 2004, but it only comes up when I drive up the hills and it's very hard to hear, I have put in the engine a valve cleaner , is that should be enough to silence it because I drove it for 150 km for now and it still comes up the noise

Cascadia dd15 2013 , new engine installed 130k ago , mixed cooland in engine oil , using about 1G coolant on 150 miles , engine pressure fine , truck run strong , only coolant ending up in oil pan! Any clue?

For me personally was really just bad DEF, after 5 mechanics saying all different things and losing a month of work I finally decided to take it to dealership and they found the problem within 30 minutes. DEF was not at the correct concentration so they cleaned tank replace filters and added new def and like magic it worked. That was it, just bad DEF. I came across a few so called mechanics that just want to rip you off and they do not know what they are doing.

You costing people money .. there is program in PTT tovexit the 5 mph . Your video put me on the wrong path , after replacing the def pump , ecm can t detect the fix ..it's calling "exit the inducement mode" even the jpro have this option .. pls stop spreading the wrong costly info.

If this happens to you you can unplug abs fuse and speed sensor then drive it manually

I have a C 12 and when I pour coolant in in reservoir it’s going straight into the engine oil and now the engine is flooded with too much oil because when I turn on truck is coming out of my oil filler neck Could this be the oil cooler

The best way to see it is removing oil pan and doing a coolant system pressure test, doing that if is a big leak you should be able to see it, can be so many things like piston liners, water pump, head gasket, injector cups and more

No es peligroso pero si tienes un ruido así puedes dañar más tu motor si sigues manejándolo, es mejor que lo lleves a un taller para que lo revisen

Hey jose great tip and installed a test ECM work good. Issue was limited speed 5mph and check SCR. (This truck was 2014 mack front load.)

Drivers should sue Volvo becouse Volvo experiments on vehicles on driver costs!!! Volvo truck is a biggest garbage of the truck. I spent thousands dollars on repair DPF sistem and I have same code like this guy. I think we should not have to repair our trucks,I think we should sue Volvo for seling us junk trucks. Or they will remove all this SH.. they add at Volvo truck.

You'll need to sue the government then. These functions are required by legislation to prevent tampering with the SCR system, or driving the vehicle with a non-functioning SCR system. ALL manufacturers of have these systems! As far as repairing goes, I'm afraid it's down to lack of knowledge. And by the way, if it is your DPF you have trouble with, you will NOT get this 5mph derate, it applies to the SCR system only. Even in this video the lack of knowledge is apparent, reprogramming will never overwrite the so called "NVM" memory. After replacing the correct part, a service routine must be run to detect the SCR is working again, then the fault will clear by itself. Replacing the ECU is circumventing the issue.

I have a volvo with a d13 and it's blowing white smoke out the exhaust they change the injectors and cups but still smoking white out the exhaust I drove it home from the shop and the smoke stop I parked and turn it on a few days later and it's still smoking white out the exhaust.

The DEF pump and doser was bad and I replaced them then reset the SCR Aftertreatment in the calibrate section of PTT and code went away.

You absolutely right.. jpro also have it .. this mf got me on the wrong path and cost me about 2 thousand, ne ecm plus reprograming.. later , installed my old ecm , "exit inducement mode" in ptt , problem fixed

Service Def: 5mph derate! Possible causes were AHI, 7th injector and AHI air pressure regulator. That is what fixed my 2015 Volvo D13. But will also need to replace Air Dryer filter if you are replacing any of the given parts above. God Bless!

JJ I think you worked on my truck ( turbo replacement) I tried to find you in Chicago but couldn’t . I stIll have the issue with the cooling fan, the whole assembly was replaced at Alamo but still not working. Pay 3 grands for nothing, they told me to bring it back but those guys will take weeks before they look at it. Can’t afford to be down for so long. I see you post the ph number here, I will contact you
