If you have rhe free trail, definitely use it but remember to cancel it before they charge you. You don't choose what to promote, poshmark promotes everything and it's a pay per click.

Good evening. So you would still put the price of the item as $10 but for Shipping to the United States, youll put $50 that why itll charge the buyer that amount.

And also, how my buyers get their tracking numbers once the items are shipped?

I just saw your comment. So sorry for the late response. Since your in Canda, I'm not sure how that would work. If it's the same as here in the States, you get to choose the service you want to use, you upload the tracking to Grailed and that's it. As for the tracking, you would have to upload the tracking into Grailed from the order details page.

@slayisbae6546 on your order details, it gives you the option to Get QR code which you can show to the PO or print labels which you use to print at home if you have a thermal printer or printer. Sellers don't pay the shipping, buyers pay that unless you do free shipping, so unless your offering free shipping, you shouldn't be paying for labels

@youngpwavy I would assume that they are going to investigate what happened and why it doesn't match. If they can't find a solution, they'll refund the buyer and probably still release the funds to you. I'm just guessing here of course dice since I've never been in this position

@monique327 I think it tells you how much your getting paid before you List the items. It tells you on top of your asking price before listing. Mercari charged the buyer, I believe, $15.99 for the delivery. You never get that money, you only get the item price and the buyer pays the shipping to Mercari

@SKILLS4FRILLS You get paid as soon as payment is processed which is around 1-2 days. Atleast the funds become available and then you can transfer the funds to your account

@gospodarkruki I wouldn't see it as a problem. I would assume it's the same process where it goes ro authentication and then gets sent out to ebays hub for international shipping, but it shouldn't be a problem as far as I know.

@byronhurst3350 if the box was not in the pictures and the seller mentioned nothing about the box, as pre owned, yes it will pass authentication if they are authentic. The only time it won't pass authentication without the box would be for new, like new or if there is damage to the box that was disclosed. For pre owned, they are more lax and if no box was pictured or even mentioned, even if only worn 1x, it will pass and send to you but dint expect the box just the shoes themselves.

@voltssb5940 I don't believe you can. I had 2 items being sent to the same buyer and I had to do 2 separate tracking numbers. I don't believe Grailed has bundle sales.

Same. For me, I always put good even if it has tags since I get majority of my stuff from the flea market, I don't know if it's actually new or not so I put good pre owned even if it has tags.

@littlebigbrother7279 yea, we know alotnof the stuff we ship out, we can ship for less but Grailed making us use their labels for domestic orders. I just made a video on the expedited shipping too and that's only if the buyer wants to pay more for their stuff to get there faster. All in all, they are a business and it's their platform and, sadly, we gotta play their game

Sorry for the late response, I didn't see your comment. So I never fill out any customs form. The only thing I fill out is the harmonization number of what the item category falls under and, when Grailed promotes me too, I put Grailed AU business number on the International Tax ID portion in Pirate Ship. Never had a problem and every items has been delivered with no problems. Hopefully that helps

@FavreianVengeance for this specific feature, there is no tax or fees. It'd likes Craigslist where they see what you have and want it and you guys meet up and that's it. Mercari has no part in it so no tax or fees or anything is required

@outragedartz6187 that's retail, you should use a 3rd party like pirate ship or PayPal. I shipped a 3lb item I believe to Europe and it cost around $40

@aedmond5727 no you'll be fine. Unless Grailed tells you to put a number, then that number is what I usually put in the IOSS but if nothing else then I leave it blank.

@IamEvelynEvette that part I actually don't know. Ebay is the one that determines if something goes through authentication. If it's a luxury brand that maybe ebay isn't aware of or isn't that sought after, it might not be going to authentication at app and just sent regular. Sellers can't take an authentication service off. If ebay says it's going to authentication, it'll have the authentication badge in the listing but if it's not going to authentication, it'll look like a regular listing

@@EdTheResellingRider Thanks for the info. I figured it was random too, but I noticed a couple times they offered me (as the buyer) to add authentication service for $40 on a purchase I was making. I don’t see this this option on all items.

@@IamEvelynEvette I think they give you an option to add it, but I have no idea since I never use that. I do kno there are items that have to go no matter what.
