When you drop the package off at the postal office, do you not have to fill out a customs form? Grailed also mentions that when shipping to specific countries, which would be Australia in my case, you must include Grailed’s AU business number and customs code. Do you know what this means and where I would have to include it?

Sorry for the late response, I didn't see your comment. So I never fill out any customs form. The only thing I fill out is the harmonization number of what the item category falls under and, when Grailed promotes me too, I put Grailed AU business number on the International Tax ID portion in Pirate Ship. Never had a problem and every items has been delivered with no problems. Hopefully that helps

I’m thinking about crosslisting to Grailed. Do you think it is possible to do around $1k a month on there at least or is the customer base too small? And also how do returns work with international sales?

will the buyer pay for the label expenses? for example i had to pay 47 bucks for my label as i’m shipping to canada, will that 47 dollars be included on their purchase of the product?

Is there a way you can put international shipping on your listing? Or does the customer have to purchase first then you send the order through international shipping method/label?

@voltssb5940 I don't believe you can. I had 2 items being sent to the same buyer and I had to do 2 separate tracking numbers. I don't believe Grailed has bundle sales.

Hey, great video. For shipping to Canada, does the box that I use matter when shipping to Canada? I have a pair of shoes that I want to ship to Canada, does the type of box matter when shipping to Canada?

Thank you :). I don't believe it matters. You just have to put the correct dimensions. I've shipped things to Canda in a box and poy mailers and so far, no problems.

i just sold a hoodie to a buyer from Canada on grailed and i am using pirate ship to make the label and grailed hasnt given me a IOSS number, if i proceed with making the label will me or the buyer have any further problems?

@aedmond5727 no you'll be fine. Unless Grailed tells you to put a number, then that number is what I usually put in the IOSS but if nothing else then I leave it blank.

Yo i got 2 offers saying if i could ship outta states and on my grailed it shows that they have to ask me about how would that work if the person buys it and doesn’t show the shipping fee for them
