He can barely throw strikes. He'll never make it to the big leagues.

You can find out who is a supinator or pronator with testing their Motor Preferences. However, I do agree that pitch design should be for the older crowd in development.

Bro Nobody's going to sign you until your radius and ulna bones arm swing like wind chimes hanging from every torn muscle that makes up your elbow joint. Now let's hit 101 in the next four pitches lets go.

Hello Tread, I'm trying to build an arsenal and am on the supinator side. I've always struggled with throwing curveballs and sliders, but I found it more easy to throw a two-seamer, a change-up, and a four-seamer. Do you believe that this arsenal is good enough to be competitive? Thank you, and have a good day.

It really depends on whether or not you're a true supinator at that point. The pitch mix that you described is the archetype for a pronator. Typically, supinators won't have issues getting around the baseball on off speed pitches

Thank you for the response, the reason why i bring this up is because ive always been around with my fastballs but when it comes to a curveball or a slider i really cant get the movement and accuracy that I want. Ill see if any changes occur through my years because these are the only 3 pitches I could really use. Thank you again for the response.

Right now I’m 16, and the main thing I worry about isn’t really the specific movement of the pitches, but more of “how can I make my pitches move different while throwing them for strikes”. I’m focusing on only 3 pitches and when my gains in training starts to stop growing on the exponential curve, I’ll focus on new adjustments like pitch design to get as far ahead as possible

Bro it looks like he is throwing it literally 10% at the start bro. And it was still 99 mph. Crazy. And then bro threw it 102 with like 25%😭😭😭

@RodrigoMoran-di5fcyes his mechanics look really good and buttery. I know that he is going all out from the start, it just LOOKS like he is going 10% because it is so easy.

This is so dumb. Throw a strike in a game with fans in the stands and then people can cheer. Practice isn’t a spectator sport.

I'm a 3/4 slot supinator guy. Can you imagine that I was just yesterday trying to solve the problem of my change-up? Trying to pronate it, but unsuccessful. Now I know that I just need to supinate it and don't worry about it. Thank you Tread!

Insanely impressive. Especially considering he strains to get over his front leg (tripod look) and his elbow is behind his head at ER. I bet you he'd hit 102-103 off the mound if he broke his hands as fast off the mound as he does when he shuffles. Insane combination of strength and flexibility and just overall talent.
