Although they would be a massive improvement, for these applications it isn't totally necessary. We are routinely getting over 400hp out of these engines and revving almost 12000rpm, the design philosophy is more about power density and packaging not outright power. There are others who have fitted them to larger V8 OMC engines with mixed results but mainly for the novelty, yes they make amazing power and torque but at the sacrifice of requiring alot more package space. Checkout @muggeg channel with their Rudezon project.

Les sondes lamda ordinaires ne sont pas fiables sur les 2 temps car elles s'encrassent très vite avec le mélange d'huile . Les sondes lamda chauffantes permettent une lecture plus rapide sans attendre la montée en température . La lecture seule de la valeur (MAXI 1.47) n'apporte pas grand chose si on ne peut la corriger instantanément (calculateur sur moteur injection ) . Sur les rotax ( carburateur ) les données importantes sont fournies par la lecture de la couleur de la céramique de la bougie et éventuellement par une sonde de température à l'échappement. Le réglage sera toujours un compromis dépendant du tracé du circuit (relance ou pas , longue ligne droite ?)

This is very true, injection/premix oil used in 2 strokes for lubrication can shorten the life of the oxygen sensor, however there are several things that can be done to enhance the life, like sensor placement and offsetting the sensor directly out of the airstream, but they all have some compromise.

The gearcase has a nosecone, blowout ring and gearset. In lightweight hull applications they hold up fairly well

Excellent video ! I've been doing some research but it doesn't seem to work on WRX 2023. Anybody has some experience with this car ? I don't want to go the Accessport way yet . I'd like to just monitor live data without flashing the ECU like the accessport does (to keep my warranty in case a problem occurs) Thank you !

Hey I swapped a Non ACVS JDM 206 (was the twin turbo setup) into my 2002 Subaru WRX. Im using my stock manifold, turbo, plugged the ports on the driver side. That being said, I’m getting signal from my cam and crank but no spark, I think it’s because the cam/crank gears have different notches. I don’t really want to mess with the timing and I’m told that this is something that can be tuned and adjusted. Is that possible with this?

Bro you put you old heads on the 206 block.. then good to go.. the crank sproket and cam gears on the right side are different.. you would need a revd twin turbo engine as they come with the compatable pullys and gears.. i take it your wrx is a version 7+

I have a 92 21 Eliminator with the 300x 20" offshore mid and 1.62:1 setup also. What height are you running the drive at high speed? How far is your setback off the transom? So far I have only seen mid 80's with a 28 Hill and a 24 trophy plus

This particular boat had a hydraulic jack plate with 6" of height adjustment, and the maximum position had the bullet of the gearcase 1" above the pad. Setback was approx 8".
