Espresso does NOT go bad. Stop saying stuff about things you haven't even tested!!! Just make the espresso first. Let it cool down while you sort the rest of the drink out so you don't melt the ice and the drink will taste just as good. Not to mention if it does go bad as you claim then why doesn't it go bad when you add it to ice and slowly sip away? The logic is so silly

Damn right it packs a punch. The espresso Costa use has 5 times more caffeine than starbucks. Not only is there much better tasting coffee out there but most coffee out there doesn't come anywhere close to the insane level of caffeine that costa has.

My Ukrainian girlfriend, Sonja, works at Costa Coffee. She was telling me this morning that she was expecting a tough day ahead at the coffee shop. She said new stock had been delivered so she'd have to cut the carrot cake. (And they say nurses have it tough!) I do love Sonja, in a way. But she can be mildly cretinous.

I had a disappointing experience with Costa Coffee's helpdesk and support team. My loyalty points disappeared due to technical issues, and despite my complaints, there was no response or resolution. This lack of support left me frustrated and questioning the value of investing in their loyalty program. The hospitality and ambiance provided by the staff were commendable, but the poor support greatly diminished my satisfaction with the brand. I hope Costa Coffee takes this feedback seriously and improves their customer support for a better experience.

The latest round of price hikes at Costa are ridiculous. Any experienced management would be surveying the landscape, noting the increased competition from quality independent coffee shops and reacting accordingly. You either have to hike the quality massively to justify the crazy prices and stay competitive. Or you have to know your place in the food chain and lower your prices. Your average quality coffee and over-carbed packet food is not competitive. £4.10 for a large Latte is ridiculous.
