I have just experienced the most disgusting customer service in the Caerphilly store. I had been queueing at the drive through for 15 minutes before I could speak to a member of staff. I was then told that most of my order was thrown away even though I was there within the time as stated on the app. The staff member stated that other food I had pre ordered were sold to other customers. The staff member said that they could not offer refunds so they gave me a number to ring which was out of action. So unprofessional.

Don't buy any food from Costa. There's so much sugar in their food that I consider it poison. Too sweet.
