Even with some restaurants they have tie up mam .In some shops like diamond etc even if they bring the tourist to visit their shop they will get commission.The drivers will request just to visit even if u r not buying so that they will get commission.

@shangavib As long as the Rice is polished & not par boiled this technique works well for raw rice - including Basmati Rice, no need to worry about Basmati Rice getting over or under cooked. Just drain the water when it has reached the stage that you want That doesn't mean you can open the lid every now & then to check, generally after 15 minutes any time that suits
