I don’t understand why the first main bedroom was the master and then the upper floor open bathroom one was called a secondary master? I thought looking at the massive difference in space and pure luxury the open bathroom uppermost bedroom should be referred to as the master suite!just my opinion, beautiful house though. My only downside was that it is in such a crowded built up area and homes behind are overlooking the property and for the mega money I’m forking out I want privacy personally. But fantastic house! ❤

I am thinking of moving to the area and am retired US Military with a 100 percent VA disability rating...knees, back etc. I will have a Foreign Service Benefit Plan insurance and receiving a pension. How difficult would it be to obtain medical care for this?

In every country, I am seeing an erosion of values and respect. Many people seem to think that they can behave however they like, with no concern or consideration for others. Spain is not unique in this, it is happening everywhere. However, I can say, that it is quite prevalent in Spain, where many people are simply unconcerned about others and very focused on what they want and need and getting what they want or need without considering how it may affect others.

That is what we did too! bought and old villa in Javea and we reformed it keeping some of the traditional features. we LOVE it and we totally in Love with Javea too... we can't wait to move there full time in a few years.

Super views, would be breathtaking at night, Am confused with direct access to this property, would assume direct access (one) from the garage, (two) would be from a stair access to front door? l personally Would not feel comfortable & for a big security reasons,, with only being total upstairs living, & a lift just inside the front door on the bottom level, that can access all floors of your home without any visual compromise? having a great day in & around the outside pool for example??

You're welcome! As a non-resident you need a 30% down payment and you will have to pay a bit more than 10% on top of this for taxes and additional costs.

Rather than a new build, I would be more inclined to modernize with solar- and ground-heating systems, redo the plot with trees, bushes and grass. Then look to buy adjacent plots for the added privacy.
