I love Ridgeside Village! Sooo many NPCs and love interests, that insane monster area, and cool new festivals! I think it goes really well with Expanded. There is this creator called Wildflour on Nexus, I really love their mods, they're so well done and adorable, I can't live without them. Oh, and I recently discovered a chaotic fishing mod - it just adds 140 new fish to the map, no big deal lol. There's literally new fish in every single body of water, and a bunch of legendary ones too! If your wanna really suffer with fishing, More New Fish is the mod for you.

SV Expanded is superb but Ridgeside Village still has the slight edge for me.

+100 luck is a insane buff, if you didn't know each point of non-daily luck increases the odds of a treasure room in skull cavern by 1%. With 100 luck the entirety of skull caverns would be treasure rooms! Might be fun to try when you near perfection (or need an auto petter)

You can fill your water can in the steam beside the chicken coop. It a shorter walk.

Thanks for the tips on mods. Some games, like stardew, have so many mods available, it’s hard to sift through every. Also, I was just watching the second half of your 100 days series on Dinkum, and I’m playing it correctly, and it has sooo many new features. Just saying. lol

I decided to give Archipelago a try after watching the first of your Messed Up Stardew Valley streams, and it’s so much fun! I think you’re really going to enjoy the changes that’s been implemented in SVE recently, my last SVE perfection run (completed just before the holidays) was a blast 😁

I wish that concerned ape would make a mod market for the switch just so I can get UI info suite mod, visible fish mod, backpack expansion mod, the Automate mod, the bigger greenhouse mod, and a cute aesthetic mod!

Until recently, I used To-Dew List but now I am enjoying Deluxe Journal more. For something less cheaty than Automate, I recommend Junimatic! Junimos load your machines! :D

SMAPI for Android has been broken for a long time

I want to try out modding Stardew so bad, but I'm really scared to! Worried about messing stuff up, and I don't have my own computer yet. I'm going to try and reach perfection before I do any mods, I think! (I'm about 70% there on my main save, at year 5!)

I am playing Archipelago right now. I think Kaido Kid added a chest to the starting boxes, due to Emma's experience on the first stream.

I JUST got Stardew on my laptop, I previously only had it on my switch so I only recently have been able to use mods. I didn't have any idea what mods I should try and now I have a list of things I definitely wanna try, thank you so much!💖

I want to try the randomiser but last time I checked there was only a 1.5 version. Has it been updated again or how do I use it on the older version?^^

Note: Archipelago is compatible with SVE, so you can even randomize its content (which is... a lot!) Some people are even working on making it compatible with cornucopia as well! Raffadax is.... not on the list yet. But who knows 👀

as a non-mod (unless archipelago) player i love watching your videos to see all the cool things modders can do for the game!

When you use Automatic To Do, if you use Shift-L it can be toggled on and off. I turn it on when I need it and turn it off when I don’t so it’s not in the way. That helps a lot!

I know this is an old video but I wanted to comment about the dreams. I've had one of those dreams where I kept waking in another dream. It was scarier than any nightmare. I remember crying and yelling in the dream to please wake up I just want to wake up. I was so scared that I wasn't ever going to wake up. I don't have paralysis I move, including jumping up and running. Have you ever been half awake eyes open but still see part of your dream world? I saw a hand coming thru the wall and I jump up and ran into a wall waking me up fully. Dreams are crazy.

I am playing Archipelago with SVE and it's really fun and bizarre (I haven't even finished SVE before, I got to ~95% two years ago) Would recommend it for your next playthrough, even though it's a bit buggy (Jojo Mart may become destroyed via Getting Some Item, but everyone will continue going there and Claire&Morris&Martin will continue on their normal schedule + sometimes you open "warp points" before the exits/entries to them are open, so you have to debug yourself out). It's really cool and challenging. E.G. I had WIzard (a person you need for CC!) in the cave on the left side of Crimson Badlands whilst I only had a lvl 3 sword. After 3 tries I managed to zoom zoom past the enemies with Life Elixirs to reach that cave.

I can't play my game without SVE. Since I first tried it back in 2020, I have not been able to play without it unless I go on console. Also I play with DSV (Diverse Stardew Valley) since I love seeing more than the basic copy and paste people with Demetrius being the only exception. I play with Summer Hours as well, which allows you to go into homes earlier and later than normal.

I already knew the others of course, but the messy crops one sounds like something nice to make things less square and regular, thanks!

I made an account just to comment on this video. Typically, I have the videos I watch in 2x speed. I have autism and people talking slow just drives me INSANE. I'm certainly subscribing! I play stardew daily, and the speed you talk at is absolutely perfect! My brain processes as you speak! Awesome , keep it up :)

I started a raffadax save when you did but I put it on pause to get my first perfection on my switch. But I miss UI info suite! For the scarecrows alone, I really wish you could mod switch stardew.

I’m playing Expanded on 1.6 (playing for the first time) and have expanded Adventures guild installed as well. Loving the extra content that it brings but getting the FOMO for Archipelago 😂

thank you for this video! i got this game as a gift and was immediately overwhelmed, and decided to look up a video to try to understand it a bit. it was clear from the in-game menus that i was going to grow up into an adult after the tutorial, but i had no clue there was a generations mechanic. and thank you for including things you did wrong/forgot about, instead of just showing your perfect gameplay. made the game seem much more accessible, as im sure i'll make similar mistakes! i'm ready to give the game another shot
