Good you noticed that, I forgot to mention I use a food safe alternative to grease up the joint’s. And I use minimal amount as alway’s, so I do not contaminate my end product.

Oh, i’m not sure which transistor you are talking about, but do a google search for the board and zoom in. Then maybe you can find out the value.

Hei, Ja, er veldig fornøyd med det fortsatt. Det er jo så klart ingen Esab, men hva man får til prisen og for hjemme/hobby bruk så er det god valuta for pengene. Har ikke fått brukt gass på dette enda, men med en god regulator så skal nok det fungere greit.

I have not bothered to do any more work on it because of the broken rotary switch contact. I can revisit it, if anyone is interested.

If the bottle glass & Westclox glass are roughly equivalent at blocking alpha particles, The ratio of detected alpha-radiation from the smoke-detector in the bottle vs outside bottle was .412/5.12 = 12.42 Since you only tested the Westclox Big Ben outside through the glass, its the equivalent of the 1st number, Max you measured through the Westclox clockface glass was 11.12 if the Westclox glass is blocking the same ratio of alpha-radiation as the bottle glass, factor of 12.42, if you took the Westclox Glass off the front you should get a reading close to 11.12 with glass x 12.42 glass-blocking factor = 138.19 So whats the dangerous amount of alpha radiation?

Thanks for this video! You really know your way around this robot... Can you help me solve the problem I have with the same robot? Does robot have sensors for mop washing and where are they located? My mavx is finding the dock with no problem for docking/recharging, but is unable to find it for mop washing. I know there is a wash detection switch at the rear. Do you know what's it's purpose, maybe that is a part I need to replace?

Oh, i’m not an expert by any means.. But now I think I understand your problem a bit more. So the roborock finds the dock when it wants to charge, but not when it is suposed to back in for the mop cleaning and empty bin? Does it back in to the dock at all or does it just wander around and not finding it?

I have the same transistor tester, B&K520b is a very good transistor tester. I been using for 35 years without any problem. Best Regards

Proof of good quality! I used it to check transistors on the Marconi TF2103 and it was a joy to test transistors with the B&K, fast and easy! It even found the bad transistor that was cooperate to the fault. Nice to hear others experience, thank you for sharing! Best regards

I’m sorry, most likely not that easy… You must hook up the counter to the oscillator circuit inside the reciever if the reciever dont have a output like my Allied reciever.

Jag vill komma igång, har aldrig svetsat förut, har lött mycket kretskort och sådant, så har ungefär tankesätt hur man använder, men det blir ju mycket nytt att lära sig ändå 😋 Om du känner för det får du gärna filma när du svetsar på bilen, gärna med vilka inställningar du kör och lite sådant. Oavsett har du en ny prenumerant 😃

The specs say max input frequency is 65MHz and FM is between 88-108MHz, so it is not able to reach the FM band…

Books should do like DeWalt does in Charlotte North carolina. When they take a tool in, no matter who the manufacturer, the repairs never going to cost you more than half the price of a new replacement which seems fair to me. Now if they took that meter and put a new board in it etcetera send it back to you for $300 hey I'd be okay with that

I've been looking at a couple videos because I have a 177 that reads 4.7k ohms. I share your opinion on loyalty with fluke. As you stated they won't sell parts, so that leaves dealing with sketchy third party sellers. At this point you might as well try a cheap part or maybe even be able to incorporate some of the contact pieces from the ordered one into the existing. I sure like to figure out what's going on with mine. I at least have insight as to how much it's going to cost me LOL 300 bucks at least

Hi do you know which way the robot is locating the dock for mop washing? Does it have separate IR sensors for that (apart from ones for docking/recharging)? And where are they positioned?

@jovicamilovanovic i’m not sure if it uses the lidar sensor or some ir sensors, but most likely one of them or both. But if you are struggling to get the roborock to find its dock or it’s misplaced on the map, just set it in front of the dock and press home. Then it will reposition and go to the dock. You will se the dock move back to correct position on map again if it was misplaced.

Hi, good job! I have a q7 and the side brush stoped spinning, I've replaced the brush and the motor but it still doesn't spin. Any ideas? I've tested the motor and it does work.

Weird? Try a reset and an update first, it may be a bug in the software. If that dont work, test the voltage on the wires to the motor.

Hello, my Roborock S7 Max Ultra drew water into the robot. My child started the water pump in the bottle and the robot sucked the water flowing onto the ground. After that it started giving internal error and fan error. what should I do. Is there any chance of saving the robot?

Take it apart and dry everything. Most of the components are available to buy and change if anything has been severe damaged from the water.

The pump I am trying to fix has no heat and no error codes. All sensors and flow switch are good and so are the elements. The customer changed the heating unit. Is wiring the elements in the incorrect sequence going to cause a problem? With the unit facing me the top nearest ptc is wired to the left terminals on the board is this correct?
