@@Alen_Muric yes you can fit long ratchet handle with a socket when the engine is in the car. Or you can use the starter relay. Just find the pins on starter relay and bridge together to turn the engine to the desired position. If you do these they make sure you are doing this correct and safely manner. Wrong applying can cause severe damage.

I STAND CORRECTED!!! I went to check this, and my terminals were LOOSE AS HELL!! Anyway, long story short, the bad ground caused the TCM error and made the car ACTUALLY STALL. After tightening the connection, all is well! No further issues after 1 week.

@@DoctorDoctor2x sorry , didn’t make a full video. Yeah you do t need to remove the radiator. If you carefully do the job without removing the radiator. If you are not comfortable , remove the radiator , this may save some extra money … 😁.. first you need to remove the radiator fan, radiator shroud ,Drive belts. To access the area. Then Remove the crank bolt. To remove the crank bolt, ether you should have special tool to hold the crank or need a good impact wrench. Cheers.

Hi ,i have problem with my Nissan Qashqai 1.5 dci Pure drive 2011 year. My car sometimes has problem with cold start in the morning when outside temperature is lower than 10 degres. @@DarkoMitic-h5m hello, I think your car looks like having the same issue as per the video. Check the main fuse connector and the actual fuse. check the continuity grim the battery to actual thermostat plunger relay. Smoke is pretty normal due to the cold weather.

@@joelh3030 that’s good thinking Joel. Rather than just replacing the part. Yeah we’ve checked the PCV. Since blocking PCV is common on these engines. But it was jut the pressure switch failed. Replacing switch fixed the issue.

Hello, I'm having this issue with temp gauge. Keeps fluctuating. Then when i turn engine off then turn back on gauge will go all the to top and i drive for a couple of km's gauge will come back down to normal position. How do i fix this?

Hi I have pump install on 4m41 just like your video you have uploaded. The pump won’t slide in on gears below is it just me not having enough patient or will it jut slide in as it’s tough to get in the right position?

@@samhirst5101 yeah it needs bit of patience. Since the pump is bit heavy you need to support the pump from back side when you aligning. Make sure you lining up the pump marks and slide through. It’s not starting gears so you may need to wiggle the pump bit. Also the O ring tightness also can cause to hard pushing in.

@ yeah the Scissor gear needs to lock in unloaded. Sorry I thought you went through that process. once you lock the pump in and tight. Make sure remove that Allen key bolt Sam. Good luck 👌

@@tonyram-i3q don’t drain all the coolant. Replace the gaskets. But you can re-use them if there’s no damage on the gaskets since they are metal gaskets. 👍

@@samhirst5101 if any parts remaining will dump in to the engine sump. Believe me, I’ve remove the sump, also done the full timing kit including guides and tensioner on this engine. But I couldn’t find any broken parts from the tensioner guide. I assume this is been happening for long time and it must wear out. Probably some parts may have gone while changing oil in service intervals.

@ but just check your main manifold nuts to the cylinder head too. I’ve seen those nuts gets loose and exhaust gas leak through. Burnt the gasket. Good luck

FYI Primetech, nevermind I order another EGR from Mitsubishi and returned the eBay Genuine EGR. Installed the new one, no vacuum leak. 3X EGR replaced hours of fun😁. I did the valve clearance didn't fix my rough idle, this time I did a smoke test from the DPF sensor hose and found three leaks using smoke and soapy water, 1) leak smoke in the turbo actuator lever that moves the vaines, 2) Leak in the DPF Temperature number 1 Sensor using soapy water, couldn't see smoke. 3) DPF to exhaust pipe flange leak using soapy water, couldn't see smoke. kzbin.info/www/bejne/nWmYlqGtqNdrf8Usi=I-flZve3WGMcTwA9. In the video your looking from the bottom of the turbo looking up at the lever with only 0.1 PSI pressure.

@@MrJug69 That’s the Mitssubishi workshop Manual instruction procedure. I assume the front bolt holding the bracket and putting 180 degree gives the brakes to push down the injector more to get correct tension. I’ve done this always and never had any issues. So I follow the workshop manual. Just don’t wanna do it wrong way. Thanks

@PrimeTechauto well i havnt replaced anything yet coz i bought this car few weeks ago but i did check it properly control arms looks ok ,anti roll bar links ok,but when i grab inner tie rods i can feel knock maybe its just tie rods are shot inside?im 99% sure its coming from steering rack

@ yeah it could be the problem. Steering rack is one of the common issues with this car. Just remove the steering rack boot from one side (inner) get access to the rack shaft. Try checking it. More towards steering rack might require replacing. Check the rack ends play as well. Cheers
