I’ve found it only works if you’ve not got a destination selected. If you have it in the dashboard first, then plug the phone in to get Waze on the other screen, it’ll work provided you don’t have a destination selected on either system. As soon as you put a destination on Waze etc, it goes off on the dashboard.

@@mepatrick9976 £6 per bedroom per night. So for our room £12 per night - on the top floor I don’t think you can do without it, it was like being in an oven & you can’t just leave any card in the holder in the room to keep it on, it’s coded to the room key & they monitor from reception.

You can still find cheap things if you shop around, we went to the lively bars though & they were charging around 200-230TL for a 330ml bottle of Heineken - I couldn’t take to the effes, cocktails / vodka coke were around 400TL, spirits were buy one get one free but the local drinks not great quality. Branded / Smirnoff, not buy one get one free was around 700-800TL. Food - all depends on what you want but we found it over priced for the quality of food received - we ate at different restaurants each night. The boat trip was cheap, I think we paid £35 each for all inclusive - included a meal and unlimited alcoholic drinks for the duration (10:30am - 4pm) - we soon got the monies worth onboard the boat! All depends on what you’re after - super market prices were reasonable.

Only kidding - it’s difficult to say really, we were on the top floor at the front of the hotel, with the doors closed you could hear a little background noise & we found it quite relaxing, however I’d imagine lower down at the front of the hotel you’d really hear everything going on. I suppose you could always request a room facing towards the pool? It’s in a brilliant spot & not in the rowdy part of the strip, but still close enough.

@@davidwallace962 I’m not a fan of all inclusive - having set times for meals etc. but on this occasion, it may have been the better option. It’s our second time to Turkey & I said I’d not be back, but I think we will in a couple of years when it’s all hopefully settled down. Thanks for watching & for the comment 👍

@@EDOUARDSIQUET we found it fairly expensive, day trips were reasonably priced, clothes not too bad - but still a little more expensive than before. Food was expensive for the quality of food & the drinks were expensive- we were paying around £10 / 400TL for “buy one get one free” cocktails/vodka coke, but the quality of the cocktails in the majority of the bars was poor. Beers, 120-200TL for effes bottles, some places buy one get one free, others not. We just got on with it because we were on holiday after all, however, just be mindful - we had a couple of occasions were they brought extra drinks to our table, we asked for the bill immediately to ensure they’d not added them to our bill.

it was certainly more expensive than the last time we went to turkey. we were in one bar & the barman said it was about 1/3rd quieter than it was the same time last year & he couldnt understand why? A woman said to him, its because people have heard that the prices have gone up.

Hi, Amazon is saying it weighs 27.9 pounds = 12.655 kilograms It’s quite heavy to carry alone, we used a small trolley to take it to the beach, we also used buoyancy aid vests whilst on the water.

He’s an interesting guy, loads of stories from him. We always try to pop in and see him when we go over. 🍻

Hi, it all depends on what day you’re going? This was filmed midweek, a weekend is completely different & we’ve seen this bar completely packed on a Saturday. Hope this helps

She’s great, but we didn’t get in until 4:35/5am from the previous night & then we were back out at 11am. We ended up going back to the hotel around midnight 🙈

Benidorm has something for everyone, we had a couple of relaxing/steady days too

We had a laugh & that’s what it’s all about - we went to enjoy ourselves & we really did have a good time. I’ve had to leave over an hour of footage off KZbin, bit too x-rated 😂

We were there April too, only had evening meal and breakfast once, found it of a similar standard of food to other hotels we’ve stayed at in Benidorm - nothing special but more than enough variety to find something you like. We prefer to eat out at a time that suits us

Thanks for the comments. We enjoy documenting our travels & like to look back on our past experiences. As for the hotel, it’s a fantastic hotel in a great location, it’s not the most modern hotel - but it more than does the job. Get it booked & enjoy your stay!

It was fine, plenty to choose from - just we only managed to get evening meal once & breakfast the once too. A Few too many lemonades. Hotel was in a brilliant location if you like to party, right on the strip. We didn’t get in until about 4-5am & then back out for 11

I’m not sure, you could be right as it has been used for many things in the past. I know they used to have a cinema and arcades as well as a bar and restaurant. Next time I see the owners, I will ask the question 👍

He’s an absolute gentleman… so lucky to have the weather & great views of Snowdonia and the clwydian range
