People who don't eat plants have issues when eating plants! Same as people with nut allergies, same with gluten, same with lactose, same with people who don't exercise then suddenly start doing too much!

Just you eat carbs and next day you have extra weight its water, as cabs retain more water, its impossible to gain fat so quickly. Education never hurts

Just a reminder that if you have an STD, this is not a safe option. It could risk exposing the baby to the disease and spreading it. In some cases this can be fatal.

It 100% is unless the woman is literally being force-fed against her will. But if a woman is eating so much sugar that she develops PCOS, her developing PCOS is absolutely, totally, solely her fault. That doesn't mean she is a bad person or that she did it on purpose. That's a totally separate thing. Let's keep it real, ladies. If you put something into your body that hurts you, *_you_* are responsible. Be an adult about it and take ownership. The good news is that you can also take responsibility for reversing PCOS and getting healthy again. That can be "your fault" too.

I’m loved this interview. I don’t know a thing about horses but I was very intrigued to hear about them & more so just loved Michelle’s entire attitude. Everything discussed gave Wellness in a light different than is typically discussed here.

From what I understand, every case of PCOS is so different but try looking into the pro-metabolic lifestyle if you haven't already. Again, not saying it's necessarily the answer for your case but maybe worth looking into then asking you healthcare provider about your findings.

1) Eat less than 20g carbs per day 2) High animal fat, moderate protein 3) Daily supplement: → 4 drops of Lugol's 2% Iodine → 10,000 IU Vitamin D³/K² Do that without cheating and you can see most if not all PCOS symptoms gone in about a year. Happy to explain more or answer questions or address concerns.

It’s very normal to not wash the baby after childbirth they have something called vernix on them when they are birthed substance that protects a baby's skin while in the womb and after birth: Protects from amniotic fluid: Vernix protects the fetus's skin from the amniotic fluid. Helps with temperature regulation: Vernix helps regulate the baby's temperature. Prevents infection: Vernix contains antimicrobial peptides and lipids that help prevent infection. Moisturizes: Vernix acts as a natural moisturizer for the baby's skin. Helps with adaptation: Vernix helps the baby's skin adapt to life outside the womb. Helps with healing: Vernix can help wounds and burns heal. Yw

animals will also eat their babies or leave weaker ones to die, that argument is unsatisfactory. he just explained why not washing a human baby immediately after birth is beneficial to its immune system- try to comprehend what you’ve been told next time.
@blendedandblessed20202 күн бұрын
Animals lick their babies to not attract predators. Also cleaning up the blood or meconium and washing them with soap are two different things. You can still clean them up and leave the beneficial aspectd intact.

Swabbing the babies eye, mouth & nose introduces the bacteria that they would have encountered in the vaginal canal during a natural childbirth. The bacteria jumpstarts the baby's microbiome/immune system.
