What beautiful music this man creatded. It is one thing to me a keyboard whiz but this is way beyond as it is heart and soul. The albums he created with Jon Anderson (YES) and others (Aprhodites Chiild) are equally fantastic. He gave his soul into this music and all he got. RIP my keyboard hero.

Before I heard this music I had never recognized Vangelis and known Bounty film, despite so many years. I did wonder that many judges had underestimated and marked too low.

Never knew who he was or compose these world class songs. Almost now got his cds

The bounty is brilliant film. At the end of the movie when there stood on cliffs watching the ship burn and this piece of music plays, marvellous.

Faszination unendlicher weite. Solche Musikstücke wie dieses haben einst mein Leben verändert. Wenn der Frieden des Himmels eine Melodie wäre so würde sie klingen.

This music flows with the rolling of the ship, the horns speak if its drama.
