Hi, you can make it yourself using carrot extract. Just boil the carrots until they are soft. Strain, use the water, and keep boiling until it reduces into a thick consistency. The color will be deep orange, a lot better than synthetic coloring.

Hi, you can also use tapioca starch or corn starch. The result will be a bit different, but still chewy texture. But very fine rice flour works best for taste and texture.
