Easy Simple Plain Loaf Cake - Maspin Mauritius
Preheat oven 175 degrees Celsius for 5 minutes. Bake 175 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes.
Small loaf pan size required
8 x 4 x 2 1/2 in which is 4 cups (20 x 10 x 6 cm)
Ingredients
115g melted butter
1/2 cup of sugar
2 eggs
3/4 cup buttermilk or milk mix with 1 tsp of lemon juice
1 tsp almond extract or vanilla extract
2 cups of white plain flour
2 tsp of baking powder
