Ah! Congratulations on your anniversary! May there be many, many more happy years for you. You guys should also go to the Rhino and Lion park where you can go pet the lions. At least I think they still allow the petting of lions. Will be amazing for Nina!

@@kaialeitham8202Yes Gauteng is great but once you leave the province, you will begin to see the beauty, the real beauty of the country in a truly surreal way. The garden route and Southern Cape is a definite must do. Mpumalanga, KZN and Eastern Cape are naturally very beautiful but are also culturally very grounded. Also you don't lose any of the diversity.

@@barbaraburns1056 in south africa after five years of living together, it is a common law marriage. the law does not discriminate against sexual orientation or religion. only question was whether i was alone at his death. went to police station to certify the relationship and emailed it to facebook to closed his account. they did!

❤ Great sequel to your last post. One good thing about videos is that your faces do express a genuine happiness in this venture. Nina appears happy enjoying her activities too. Budget is important to me especially since income is US based and dependent upon conversion rate fluctuation. For me, mindset is not how much more I can spend there than in US; it's how much more I can save. But yes recognize temptation No matter where I live, things can happen resulting in financial distress. As to tourist vs living in a place, tourists have limited timebin which to "see it all" if you live there it's when you get around to it? I grew up in NYC and we had school trips, but never to the Statue of Liberty. As an adult I bought my 1st house an hour train ride from suburbs to midtown where I worked. Weekends Sat was yard. home maintenace etc Sun church or chill out day knowing Mon was back to daily grind. In 1992 moved to Fl age 40. In 1999 I had to go back to NY Corp HQ for 2 weeks special training. It was during that trip I finally visited Lady Liberty and Ellis Island that opened after 1992. I surmise from your posts your life there is easier, less chaotic vs US. Like house budget, it seems exploration is more likely to be balanced in with daily routine. Hope your aspirations continue to be met. 😊
