It is not very quick if the application is not a decision-ready application. I cannot suggest you a timeframe as I did not lodge the visa for you. The usual timeframe as per department website is 1-3 months.

So far they have mentioned that its for those temporary employer sponsored visas only. However, as this is a priority list, the sates and territories might refer to it when giving out invitations.

Hi Rajan, the waiting time for the Training visa is generally more than what is depicted on the Department website in recent times. It also depends on how you have applied in terms of documentation. Therefore, I cannot comment on your situation because I have not reviewed your application.

I understood that these lists were prepared to determine the long-term need, even if my profession is not here ( my occupation is csol draft targeted consultation 3. list) Financial investment advisor, it can still be in short- vs medium-term occupations for 490 and 190 visas, right

This CSOL list is in the draft stage, so until it comes out we cannot certainly say anything yet. Speculation is that this list is for Employer-Sponsored Visas only such as 482 and 186, which is in the current reform stages itself. How much of an effect it will have on Skilled Migration visas such as 190/491/189 is uncertain for now. It should not directly affect the skill migration list but the state government might take into account the CSOL list and send more invitations to occupations on the CSOL list as this is considered a priority list. We witnessed similar incidents during COVID-19. When the State government focused more on the TSOL at the time.

Thanks for sharing! I have one quesitons when I read the official information about 407 visa. It says "This condition means you cannot work more than 40 hours a fortnight, unless you are a family member of a student", so I thought the visa holder can NOT work full time. Would you may clarify? Yes. Any 3 years, no need to be within 5 yeas as long as your RPL is not done when you were on a student visa.

Hi mam, Since my current substantive visa is still valid, so i have an inactive bridging visa A. so my query is if i apply for an another substantive visa during my valid substantive visa, which bridging (A,B, or C) visa will be issued to me. Hi Shradha , If i am on BVA and want to travel, is it okay if i travel after i applied for it or do i need to wait until i get the BVB and travel after the date i receive BVB. And also as me being on dependent visa does the same rule apply for both or is it okay if the main applicant stays in Australia and dependent can travel before receiving the BVB. Thank you.

Hello, I had applied for the visitor visa subclass 600 on 22-Jul about 45 days back as a group for me, My wife and my Son (2 years old). Me and my wife got our visas immediately within 10 days. However, we still await visa for our 2 year old son. I am really concerned as I had booked for travel and stay immediately on receiving mine and my wife's visas considering son should also be received soon since he is just 2.
