I understood that these lists were prepared to determine the long-term need, even if my profession is not here ( my occupation is csol draft targeted consultation 3. list) Financial investment advisor, it can still be in short- vs medium-term occupations for 490 and 190 visas, right

This CSOL list is in the draft stage, so until it comes out we cannot certainly say anything yet. Speculation is that this list is for Employer-Sponsored Visas only such as 482 and 186, which is in the current reform stages itself. How much of an effect it will have on Skilled Migration visas such as 190/491/189 is uncertain for now. It should not directly affect the skill migration list but the state government might take into account the CSOL list and send more invitations to occupations on the CSOL list as this is considered a priority list. We witnessed similar incidents during COVID-19. When the State government focused more on the TSOL at the time.

When they will start this CSOL? We are about to claim my nomination for 186 DE but l can apply it around November. Even though chef removed from the list can I still use my nomination to apply to 186DE? Thanks

Mam what are the future of chefs? And does it will ne in core skills pathway list or essential list? Or not good occupation for Australia priority? Iam confused. Iam very confused about no.,3 list is that poor list like not priority occupation list or what mam? And does chef are becoming very poor occupation in Australia to migrate and get pr?
