This is an excellent tutorial on Pasasana, Krista. It's a struggle to keep my heels down, so I will try option 1 and see if I can even hold it there with heels flat. Thanks for all the tips.

Hello, thank you for your email. It’s been quite some time since I’ve practiced yoga. I also have nerve injury in my spine sciatic and feet. They say there’s nothing they can do for me. I’ve been to four or five doctors Western medicine is a fail. I totally agree. Tried image healing. I’ve tried vitamins Everything but nothing seems to help. I would love to learn further on your techniques and come to your classes. Thank you again for your video you give me hope and I wish you, happiness, joy, and healing

I do apologize I have not posted long form video in a while. All of April was spent doing the build out for my new studio and we opened at the beginning of May. It has been full on nonstop for me with the studio, but I do hope to get back to, recording video soon!
