I struggle as I'm a long term vegetarian, but live in a part of Italy which is very meat-focused, and also with meat eating husband and kids. I also suffer from auto immune psoriatic arthritis and so many people in the world of social media are always going on about bone broth and carnivore diet for this, but I just can't bring myself to. We own some land, and our woodland is now totally overrun with wild boar, to the extent that I am soon going to have to allow my husband to get the local hunters to cull them, as they destroy everything I plant. I feel terrible, but listening to Shashana Kai talking, it sounds like they may have a contract to have this relationship to humans? I can't say I'm totally clear where we are supposed to get all the protein, and I would love to hear more about fermented foods and also the concept of blessing food and water. Lots of people recently (Pam Gregory, Veda Austin, Zac) have talked about the sacredness of water, and I'd love to hear you speak about it too.

I grew up in a Baptist family and learned to be afraid of God and be ashamed of my human body and its female functions. I was just such a sinner, is what I was always told. 7 years ago I met someone who caused me to have an awakening, and completely changed my view on religion. Thanks to beautiful souls like you, I have learned so much. Listening to this makes me realize I've got a lot root chakra work to do. As a child an as an adult I've suffered from a lot of urinary infections, bowel problems and intimacy issues. I think it may have to do with that root chakra.
