So many Gaelic place names in Scotland have references to the ‘Shidh’ - the fairy folk. For example Glenshee, (fairy glen) Schiehallion (fairy hill of the Caledonians) and Rathad na Sìthean (fairies road) to name a few. So much lore and fervent belief in the fae here, it’s fascinating

I’m definitely from the fairy realm. I am strongly drawn to Ireland, been there 4 times already. In fact I think the fairies stole one of my earrings while I was there! The land that we just bought is also full of fairies…I know that the land and it’s beings (like fairies) chose us to be the guardians.

When I was in Ireland , even just driving through the Ring of Kerry (in the rain), when I looked at the forest, I felt the presence of fairies 🧚🏿‍♂️ . I could just feel it! Can’t wait to go back and walk through the woods there!

I am Irish and at one time I lived in a rural of part county Clare and I remember one night seeing fairies around me in my bedroom and they were really tiny but beautiful and very playful. I should add that house was near a local ancient fairy fort. X

I was just walking in the woods the other day, in this most magical little part of a public park, that I have gone to my entire life and I never knew this part was there. I felt the entire time like I was being followed by fairies ☺ Not sure how I knew that but I did. So I googled what they like and the bogus article that I was reading said the FAE HATE salt, even said it was dangerous to them. I took note of this cause the only thing I had with me was peanuts and I wanted to leave them some. Hope they got them ♥ ♥ I've always been so drawn to fairys! Thank you for this information, cant wait to leave them gifts

during pandemic times my mother told me a story of when i was still a child, too young to talk and remember, i said to her 'fairies, fairies'. it meant im seeing fairies and people. she would get scared becauss obviously there was no one there. i only remember though of moments where i would stand by the window for hours on end and would laugh. maybe i was 2 or 3 yo at this time. at this young age, who would be the orchestrator of my imagination? it all somehow came back, the creativity and colorful imagination during my awakenings. i no longer am confined in my body. my locus of attention could be directed to other minds and be able to live through them. meaning, i am not me, as me, but just a spirit too light and subtle. in this mode of seeing and sensing, i could see people as they are in any given moment in timw without my mental noise.
