Nice presentation. I was curious if you had any opinion regarding the two reinforcing steel bars that run along the underside of the Kioti tractors? In particular I was looking at the NS series 45hp tractor. Those steel braces hang low enough to make me wonder if ground clearance might be an issue in some circumstances? I am also looking at the Massey Ferguson 1840 (40hp) HST but there doesn't seem to be any reviews comparing MF to other brands. MF, Kioti and Kubota are my primary choices simply because those are the only brands with dealers within about 50 miles of my home. Kubota and Massey are more expensive, by several thousand dollars. Also, their loader lift capacity is lower then Kioti by around 600 lbs. Granted, I'm comparing MF 40hp and Kubota 39hp to Kioti 45hp. Your thoughts?

The worst part about that machine is the tracks and pads are worn out, could be a reason it was parked as to other missalaneous things, to replace them tracks and sprokets probably cost more then a new machine, in which is a shame, that one is forced to buy new

the reason you lube the filter gasket is because I was taught to always clean the surface where the filter meets the engine. That ie for Two reasons. One, you know the gasket came off with the old filter.( you cant always see it that well.) and the re oil the gasket because you cleaned the mating surface.

Pro Tip: Use a Fluid extractor and take 2 gallons off the hydraulic fluid before draining from the drain plug. no need for a second drain pan. I concur less than 5 gallons will drain...

Does this impact the top speed at all? The 26 is 10mph max and the 35/40 is 14-15 or so. Just curious.

Thank you for taking the time to make and upload this video! Is there anything you can say about this being 2 years later? Have you experienced any issues or damage? I know people say the timing is not the same so when you turn up the fuel, it may not compensate. I don't know that to be true or not, please fill me in. If you have any tips I would APPRECIATE it SOOOO MUCH. :) Anything you would have done differently?

This is the kind of info I probably don't need to see. Who doesn't like more power?! Earned a new sub for the info. Thanks and looking forward to more tractor vids. Does the increased power also effect the loader lift capabilities?

Why not just do an upper wishbone mount and eliminate the track bar then the upper is triangulated.

Clamps come in mighty handy when welding alone. Even simple spring clamps hold the pieces in place well. That is a really short Panhard rod that will result in quite a bit of lateral movement.

I am sorry, even though you sound like a down to earth guy! (NO arrogance) I will give you respect for driving four hours? to try to get a bulldozer/loader Cat going? First off you get the date of manufacture, model serial number, engine serial number off the motor plate? and access or borrow , or buy a used shop manual for this machine! Caterpillar has a manual for every machine ever built by them! You should have also went to the trouble of hiring a competant bulldozer mechanic as well! very heavy booster cables, and two proper batteries fully charged! Also a ammeter clamp style to read the current draw when cranking! that would tell you the health of the starter! Also it was well worth a proper heavy equipment mechanic with good tools and experience to be with you!! also a man with the experience to look at the undercarriage and know??? what shape it is in! That way you will know if the machine can handle your contemplated job? without breaking down on you! Also know? how much it would cost to transport that machine from A to B ? big bucks I am sure! heavy machinery is NO JOKE FOR SURE! I WILL GRANT YOU CREDIT FOR BEING CALM! BUT IT IS AWFULLY A LONG WAY TO DRIVE ?? ON A LICK? AND A PRAYER? ALSO , IT IS EASY FOR FOLKS WHO ARE CLUELESS TO SAY THIS AND THAT! THEY MAY BE VERY WELL INTENTIONED! BUT YOU, HAVE GOT TO BE THE ADULT IN THE ROOM! I WOULD LOVE TO SEE YOUR FACE? WHEN YOU GET A QUOTE FOR A TRANSPORT COMPANY SPECIALISING IN HEAVY EQUIPMENT MOVING? TO LOAD, AND TRANSPORT THAT BULL? EVEN IF IT IS RUNNING FINE! AND MOVE IT SAY 20 MILES? BIG, BIG MONEY! FLAGS ON THE DOZER BLADE? PERMITS? WEIGHT RESTRICTIONS ? WHERE IS IT GOING? THE ROUTE? ( THE WHOLE NINE YARDS) AND WAIT TILL YOU SEE THE COSTS OF REPAIRING A MACHINE THAT SIZE? GOOD LUCK YOUNG MAN! [email protected]

i have a 2022 TYM T494 with a mechanical fuel injection KUKJE A2300 engine it is used in 474 494 and 574, (the 574 has a turbo and adds 6-7 hp) do you know anything about bypass on DPF? they say you have to unplug a data logger. I'm over 100 hours with no Regen yet. I guess I will let her use the DPF untill warranty is up or the DPF plugs or burns out. just getting my ducks inline. PS does KIOTI/daedong make a mechanical fuel injection engine in the 50 hp range? are you in upstate NY? I'm in Cooperstown area.(Canadarago lake). PPS I did have a NX4510 2021 but it was a COVID tractor and I got a bad tranny (like Dylan mulvainy) lol!

So that mufflers rotted out do you know how long it's been sitting there because if the stack never had a cover on it and the mph is all rotted out you'll have stuff on top of the piston plus water and that will stop it from turning over I heard you say you couldn't turn the fan to turn the motor and the muffler is all rusted out that's what I say it is water has got down and rust on top of the pistons pistons pull the head off and hopefully that's all it is easy to Freedom up Queen all the s*** away from the distance Scottish you can get put a bit of oil or diesel in each piston and try a couple of starts should free up and then you clean the bowls write out and hopefully that will solve it and I don't know where I'm right but I have struck that before that's all it was so I hope that helps you are I would love to see it running so that helps you put your mind at rest was when you said that stack was all rusted out you couldn't turn on engine over backflip I've had that done I managed to get them running and I'm excited as user to get that old girl running so thank you I hope that works I love to see you started so thank you for your video I just love the normal machines Ray formula land down under Australia thank you❤❤❤❤🎉😊

20 years ago I paid $9K for a brand new KIA sedan. The little S Korean car was better built than the Toyota/Nissan/Honda comparable models. KIA had 4 wheel disk brakes, 6 airbags, and fully independent suspension. None of the competitors had that at the time. It was a great car, at a great price. Fast forward to today, KIA is a leading car brand. KIOTI is rapidly gaining market share.

Why in the hell would you be so careless as to dummy open a 2" plug, let it fall out and let 10 gallons of black oil pour out because you are such a numb nuts you drop it? These people have no business even doing anything with this massive jobbie. If the hydraulic oil is down 20 gallons you might not be able to afford filling it up. Used to be a 55 gallon drum of hydraulic drum was maybe 50 dollars. Not since Biden got into office. It is now way more expensive.
