Thank God for Casual Mode. Without that, I wouldn't have played this game because permadeath is unfair to newcomers.

thanks man. I've been putting this game off ever since I left that comment because it was too difficult for me and I felt stupid for not being able to get past one of the chapters. I do hear great things from it though and I want to give it another try. I'll try again on casual. Thanks.

Holy! I haven't gotten this tune play in my shuffled playlist for so long! And immediately it hits with that intro! Fates was definitely up there in terms of visuals + audio for Fire Emblem. Considering it was on a handheld, of course. So many hundreds of hours put in!

Aight. So with the eshop closing. I never actually played a fire emblem game at all technically (aside from warriors which isn't a FE game to me since hyrule warriors wasnt a zelda game to me either). Decided I should get a fire emblem game amd chose echoes. So far its pretty rad and I dont regret the choice. I think I have like 21 hours put into it so far
