As someone from kashmir (anantnag) , we also drink sheer chai( meetha kahwa:-milk, sugar, cinaamon, green cardamom, chopped almond, dried coconut and some saffron) but we dont add the tea to it ,it is pure white. 😊

Also the Khewa an awesome drink. I was searching for special kashmiri Khewa receive. In Kashmir people use yak milk instead of cow's. That also might be giving different taste. Love it❤

All the teas are wonderful. I think the flavor of the cardamom will be better if we crush them in stone before adding to the tea. Try, I'm sure you'll like it. Because whenever our cook crushes the cardamom, all the room smels like heaven.
