My Nani Amma used to make the best murgh musallam EVER! My mother also used the same recipe, and now I follow it too. For filling we used boiled egg, dry fruits, brown onions and lemon juice, but not dhania podina. In the end we pour lemon juice and a bit of sugar over the chicken.
