I got to 11% (i did a full on standing test on a machine) during my time i was chopping wood for work then getting cracked out on pre workout and going gym 2 days a day for about 6 months, i will never get back there again. Why? Because pre workout almost gave me a siezure. Stay away from all this shit. Yes, it had dmaa

I was really surprised to se melatonin because lots of doctors are saying that it meses your sleep cycle and that you’ll end up like dependent on it and that magnesium is better for sleep. what are your thoughts on this🤔

Honestly, "try for a month and quit" is exactly what I do on purpose and it works great for me. Why fatigue yourself with months of dieting, when I can go hard at it for a month, and then maintain for a while, and then go at it again? I never get too fatigued with it, my neet levels don't go down to rock bottom, and the results are absolutely there.

How about a testosterone level in a 60 year old man, of 715? 3 years later after a couple of months of heavy alcohol consumption & my testosterone was only "49"! About 5 and a half months later& after about a month and a half sober it was rechecked and it was back up to 664. When my drinking was at its worst & I was going in and out of emergency rooms on more than one occasion I had a blood alcohol content over 0.4, other times it was above 0.3. My anemic labs results improved almost immediately by eliminating alcohol- including my testosterone came back up from 49 the end of May, of 2023 to 664 around the middle of November. Just by stopping drinking and I drank a LOT! The doctor asked if I was taking any supplements outside of creatine No and I wasn't taking creatine back in 2020, when I came back at 715. I wasn't drinking alcohol either. The only thing I ever tried I never really believed in it, was a free nugenix sample of Total T. I only took a total of three servings of it however, which was nine pills because I didn't really believe it was anything other than snake oil. I doubt those nine pills, not even taken 3 days in a row and at least a couple of weeks before my blood was drawn had anything to do with my testosterone going from 49 & back up to 664. I'm going to get checked again one way or the other and I'll make a point of fasting the night before and going in in the morning. Before I did it in the afternoon.

You could be injecting once a week and get a number like that by testing on the day before your injection is due. Basically you're taking the sample from the trough not to peak. I recently tested at 1100 in between injections dead center. I'm sure If I had done that the day before my injection was due, it might have been more 850.

I often take Liquid Eggwhites replacing Whey. Intra workout and at bedtime take EAA. They are effective. At almost 70yrs I am oldest OG under the barbell at local YMCA 🏋‍♂️🏋🏻🦊

Its very easy calculate musscle mass potential is very easy look at mouse and on elephnat the result is Bigger skelet bigger muscles in general for any specie that has bones and yes is that simple in species diffrenatiation humas had very little muscle mass in general to compare to animal of same size , so when we focused on humans specifficially skelet is very raw predisposition and not work this easy as i mention before why cause very tall people i mean really tall with massive bone structure ussally had low muscle mass why cause they are still humans not bears because bear with massive skelet will had massive muscle mass in humans not that really because it depends on genetic that is responsibble for musscle growth directly if your equation will be true the best bodybuilder will be tall endomorph and reality is not even one MR.O whas this type why because tall endomorph is probably one of the worst types to carry lean muscle mass .... ideal type from bone structure is mesomoprh and this type has some major marks like wide shoulders,small hip, medium bone size in width , This type in general has best potential to carry lean muscle mass , skeletal frame itself doesnt predict your muscles mass potential cause very few people ever achive state where are start to be limited by skelet paradoxly tall people with wide skelet never come close enough to even feel their skelet is some limit for them if they why because body just dont want to feed that abnormal muscle mass is big strain for whole metabolism and all systems in body from energey pespective and distribution of nutritions i think some people like strongmans had very tall and robust bone structure but they weight near 400 pounds they will never be lean on this weight and their muscles is just big as somebody who is less shorter and ha only 35O pounds for examples you must understand doesnt want to feed muscles mass especially if is overgrwoth and causeing strain whole organism and this probably better limiting factor than bone structure thats why is miostatin deficiancy mutatuon called hercules gene .. I don't know how to judge this. I don't have a traditional workout regimen, but I stay under 9% body fat most of the time and I weigh about 155 at 5'8 I dunno where I fit in this because my resting heart rate is raised substantially by the Adderall I take.

I´ve been watching you almost 8 years till now, is nice to see you grow in life just like me. Im married now too, trying to do my best in the gym, no very successfully thou... haha. I´ve a question, to keep consistently training is very hard for me, because I´m a navy officer, and my times and schedules are not always easy to follow and no flexible at all. so, any advice on how to train, when you have to stop training sometimes for a week, sometimes for 3 days, and so on? It´s awful. My routines area to train as hard as possible, every time I have to train.

I am %22fat right now with 90kg and its good for winter becouse i have more energy during day, body temp is good looking good with clothes and at my top at cardio but summer is coming and i want to reduce my bodyfat around %18 becouse high body fat is litteraly torture in high tempatures you cook alive xd and it looks bad when swimming

For me it's the eating part. I've had periods where I was training to failure at all times, but put on 0 muscle. As long as I eat in a calorie surplus, I will gain muscle and strength even if I train like shit.
