Didn’t even need all that, beat him twice now, once with blasphemous blade and the second with Tiche. And in the fight with Tiche I only hit it twice and probably didn’t even need to.

For anyone wondering, beat Rykard and get the blasphemous claw from the NPC in Farum. Helps you parry a couple of attacks from Maliketh, giving you some good openings. Max level your weapon and it’ll work out.

Tbh i only died to him 5 times once i got the moves down he is fairly simple i just stunned him and used the grafted dragon bear witness and that was a wrap

This strat was slightly nerfed sadly. The weapon is great still but the ash of war no longer functions this way.

Summon hammer guy and use great glintstone shards and just do more damage than he can to your helper, phase 2 gets a little shotty but as long as you have like 5 ceruleans you should be alr

Bruh he is not that hard just keep distance until ur sure u can attack first phase is easy dont get into his attack range jump over hovering attacks dodge when you see something flying at you and hit him after he attacks and keep distacne second faze stay close to him ad watch for anime ahh atack when you see him swinging sword 360° just run away

When will you people ever learn, if a boss/dragon/tree sentinel/dark rider/death bird allows you to stay on your mount while fighting it, then stay on your f$@&ing mount while fighting it, whu is this so hard to understand? EZ mode every single time. Stop using that auto target and MOUNT UP.

I cheesed him with the Rotten Stray ashes. The dog applied Scarlet rot, I only had to distract him once or twice, then ran away and waited for him to die. Piece of cake

Unless you're doing fully charged heavy attacks, you won't be doing too much poise damage to him with katanas sadly.

Stripping to fight the draconic tree sentinel is mandatory for this boss, I remember my first playthrough, he kicked my ass 4-5 times straight but I had him at 1hp on the last one, respawned, stripped down to the undies, seppuku and go nuts. Ever since then that’s the only way I’ve fought a draconian tree sentinel.

Anything with high poise damage works really well. Unfortunately the redmanes flames got nerfed for this strat, but he still stuns easy

Fairly easy boss, I'm not very good at this game. But you can read his moves easily. Hold up your shield for all his attacks. When you see him lift up his arm ready to slam down. Roll into him before he hits, then you cal pull off two hits. Keep doing that until you get his health almost to the point you start phase 2, call in a mimic tear, hit him again then on phase 2 he'll be focused on your mimic. Then both just pound the shit outta him. I struggled more with Sir gideon ofnir. That guy pissed me right off.

@@connorgilbert1685if you struggle with Gideon, just get the giant hunt ash of war. Buff before you walk in or during his speech, then stun lock him and don't let him fight at all. Golden vow, flame grant, blood grease, hit L2

Incase anyone doesn't want to do this tactic as it seems too easy, just as a tip in phase 2 always stay close to him, it only took me 1 try after I learned that
