This horn sounds, plays, performs a lot like my 10M Conn with a Berg Larsen. I love your jam time. Etudes are great but fun comes when you’re playing with musicians! Great demo

What are your thoughts on this mic vs the Shure PGA 181? I feel the AKG is slightly thinner...
@iantrewhella947010 күн бұрын
The AKG sounds brighter because of the style I was deliberately aiming to play into it. I guarantee if I played softer the lows would be heard more.
@oosaxx9 күн бұрын
that's interesting, maybe I assumed because it's a large diaphragm condenser... great vids nonetheless
@iantrewhella94709 күн бұрын
@@oosaxx From my findings small diaphragm seem to capture the sound equally as good, sometimes better. Thanks.

Will you recommend Yamaha YST 25 Tenor?
@iantrewhella944812 күн бұрын
Yamaha 25 tenors are definitely worth trying. Overall they don't make any bad saxophones so it's a yes for me.

Great sound. How did you like the left hand table keys on the 30M Conn Connqueror compared with their position on the 10M?

This is one of two videos about this video. On the internet. This must be the most famous, least documented microphone of all time. I just bought one off of Ebay. This mic was actually used on Freddie Mercruy's last recordings. Mother Love was recorded with it. Brilliant mic for a steal.

I really like that Martin, it looks beautiful. I was confused when you said that it "takes a little getting used to the key". Is your Handcraft a B flat tenor, right? Or is it a C Melody?

Do you think this is a step up from an akg c214?
@iantrewhella9470Ай бұрын
Good question I never used the c214 and from what I can tell the BaiFeiLi c414 is closer to the AKGC414. Be sure to use a pop filter talking into this BaiFeii but in general It's a solid performing good all round microphone.
