I'm glad that Nvidia came back up a lot more and CrowdStrike came from deep in the hole and is now up quite well on the day so things have recovered over night. My concern with Nvidia is whether it is over-owned or not. There is no CoT reports for stocks, just futures so it doesn't really tell you the whole story. Short Interest hasn't changed for Nvidia in more than a year so that's not an indicator, either. Those sound like extremely competitive companies if they can output that! Another threat to Nvidia, mind you, Nvidia could probably take them over if it wanted to. Are these publicly traded companies?

I think you're right, tech fatigue is well underway. Nvidia is there to be shot at, a drawbridge to their moat is coming. Tomorrows figures are key-what do you think they will show ? A bounce ?

I appreciate you and your content < Technical Analysis is good but I find It truly baffling that major crypto youtubers just look mostly at pure T.A and completely ignore the bigger narrative of why BTC is pumps/pumped and why the future outlook will be even rosier than it seems. It's kinda irresponsible to ignore the fact that each ETF launch so far has caused a major pump at the peaks of BTC. We were already on strong footing with historically high volume and almost pure whale pumps, narrowly avoiding a long-term bear market. More emphasis should be put into day trading as it is less affected by the unpredictable nature of the market. I have made over 8 btc from day trading with Marcus Anthony insights and charts his been one step ahead of other analysis…..

Oil always seems to sell off due to geopolitical news, like today. Oh well! It also, always seems to recover. I actually didn't know that Canada did a massive tariff on China. I don't really believe in tariffs, I know every political party likes them, but it seems to me you will also put a net around yourself this way. I understand protecting your own industries, though. Oh no, another pandemic world again 🤪

Japanese-based borrowing to finance US equity and to propagate speculative carry margins will all be coming to a close, now that the FED is expected to cut rates. Or will it? September cuts of more than 25bps will certainly signal that. USD has already priced in the cut, and most of the speculators have scurried away to Gold and Europe. GBP seeing some unlikely gains against the greenback, is falsy indicating an uptick in the economy and similarly in EUR, Germany's exports continue to spiral downward, a weaker EUR will certainly help. We'll see more of this dance until the market recognizes USD is the "actual" safe haven and it'll swing right back opening the door to more carry and financing of US equity, continuing to grow despite the biggest driver, i. e. the tech sector's growth is purely projections and not circumstantial. At this point of reflection, its easy to see why The central banks should be divorced from the markets entirely. The market is a Ponzi scheme on steroids, and if you get out early you win, or at least in the short term until inflation eats it all up. Inflation of course is a byproduct of the market's ponzi approach... I mean, there is no justification for one $3 trillion company let alone three.

I think this will be the time where inflationary assets pick up because they are off the radar. And I don’t think we will have mass layoffs so inflation may build back up here. Big week, I hold CrowdStrike and Nvidia and I am probably going to hold through the earnings. Oil is up a lot because of chaos all wknd, Israel, Pakistan, Russian refinery but mostly due to Libya halting their production

I think Powell realises that they are way behind the curve.I fear he may also know more than we do about the collapse in the jobs numbers. The figures are so imprecise and the revisions so huge that he may be at a loss as to where the truth is. If we get 50 Bips we could see the party finishing early . 25 Bips is baked in anymore and I am worried. Thank God for Gold and the Swissy !

Hahah that is a hilarious picture of him around the fire looking like a cowboy. Somehow I don’t think that’s what we’ll see 😂 yeah I don’t think there is really enough evidence to justify a 50 bp cut. The equities may not like his response if all we’re going to get is 50 bp for the rest of the year but I can’t see the market derailing from such news.

I'm thinking that the market could hold up until the actual first rate cut. Then sell off, cause there would be no more catalyst to pump the market. Unless we get a new story of a president based pump. But anyway I tend to think the repricing will be a sell the news event.

I have been a dividend focused investor for a long time. This does not mean I don't own growth stocks, I do. A well rounded portfolio should be a mixture of both categories. One way to minimize the anxiety out of stock market investing, is to make sure you keep a large cash cushion. I invest in the market, but never put all my money in market.
