I understand why she did it this way, but honestly, if your video hadn't been here, I'd have still been trying to figure out what exactly I was supposed to do, here. Evidently, this is not the week to go shopping at your store (well, honestly, for the next 5-6 weeks, it looks like) so, lift with your knees, take frequent breaks, put a pad of post it notes in your pocket and a pen behind your ear. I'll try again in October. Thanks again!

Thank you Rebecca for your wonderful step by step videos. What a joy to knit this beautiful pattern with lots of help from you. Midori's pattern is very well written but your help is the icing on the cake!. I can already see myself knitting a collection of Ranunculi. I also love your kitty helper. What a cute kitty! Rebecca, I just found your 2 channels. Wow, you are an amazing teacher! I have done a couple of Corner to Corner shawls, but watching your video helped me understand what I was doing. I am anxious to learn the decrease portion as I want to make a lap throw. You made me excited to begin a C2C project. Thank you and hope your shop move goes smoothly. Looking forward to more teaching videos. 🧶

Thank you SO MUCH for this video. I am a self-taught knitter (and perfectionist) using videos and have tinked a lot! This gives me a clear understanding about putting my stitches back on the needle & I send you lots of hugs for that😊😊😊😊❤

Thanks for this video. Question for you -- you say drop shoulder/set in sleeve sweaters tend to be made bottom-up. Why is that? Is there a reason they are less commonly made top-down? I've only ever made raglan sweaters myself and want to try a drop shoulder construction, but I'm not excited about making one bottom-up, since I like the ability to try on the sweater as I get near the finish to determine the final lenghts.

I think it may be because there is less shaping at the start with bottom up on these styles- if you start top down you need to make one side of the neck and then the other for the front, then attach them together, and for drop shoulder make one side then the other and then attach them together. I have seen it done, it’s more work. I agree bottom up is sometimes hard to gauge length.

Your Ranunculus videos were incredible! Loved every minute. I am currently knitting this pattern and while much of it is pretty straight forward but you helped me see it much better visually. The pattern itself is beautifully written. Every step is there but seeing you do it just validated what I was doing. Could I suggest that doing a proactive thread especially before the lace part might be helpful. You have a great voice and way of demonstrating. Rebecca, great job. I think even Midori Hirose would approve. Love ya ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

. Thank you so much. The ranunculus pattern has been very enjoyable to knit, thankfully because of your instructions. She has done a terrific job with this pattern, it is amazing. However because of the very slight misinterpretation of the English language, by her or by me, I had quite a few misses. Thankfully you filled in these gaps in my interpretation. I consider myself a competent knitter, but I just didn’t get certain instructions. I have learnt a lot with her pattern and I am looking forward to knitting another. Thanks again ❤❤❤

Hi Rebecca I follow the pattern first with crochet tubular co it was do small I need size 12” needle impossible for me head to go through . Then I used German twisted co and I really have to ong it down my face but trouble pulling it out how on earth you were able to used a 16” needle’s? I was reading the pattern @ step 8 =90sts(ktbl, RLi +1 is that means there are 93 sts? If I use double loop co I can go strait co 93 sts right will it work then follow the short row. One of the video on u-tube the lady co 45 sts then she adjust after short row . Can you please help ? As I mention I usually knit by looking a finished garment . I’m not use to to pattern guid. Thanks

Do you have a video explaining the very beginning provisional cast on and the end where you graft it together. I am struggling to understand what is happening there.

I used the 100% cotton and used size 6 needle I can’t even use 16” needle instead I used 12” needle ( detachable needle end up only 8” can stretch to only 12”. I love tubular CO it has a round edging look so beautiful. Most of the co I always used German twisted co.

First met me thank your for being such a great teacher I’m so thankful there is some one like you to have tutorial video for people who night the pattern. I wish Ravery will offer with all patterns the only other knitter that offer tutorial for her own pattern is Kutiva Kika Finish knitter. My question is why no one considered German twisted CO I used that all the time it is the stretchiest cast on 😊❤

The title is deceptive. This video really isn’t for crocheters. All the terms, explanations, starting sides and examples of how they’re worked, were all geared for knitting.
