Might want to invest n a camera with zoom but I must say I have the exact same wire strippers and how n the hell did I make it 46 years without that style n my life?!? I’d strip wires with my teeth b4 I’d ever go back to the ol style strippers! 😳😂

Ill have to send a pitcture of my 6.5 to Glow shift when I get the truck done I bought a dash mount 3 gauge pod and I fiberglassed and modled it into my dash on my 98 chevy I then smoothed out the rest of the dash pained it base coat clear cloat big job truck is slowly coming together defiently putting Glow shift gauges in hope to take the truck to a few shows could possibly be niced 6.5 turbo diesel in Saskatchewan when im done maby even all of canada seens everyone hates them and don fix them up

he didn't splice the black wire first before adding the locking tap. which means the tap and the copper inside the wire are not making contact...? am i missing something?

When drilling the holes in the pillar to attach the new pillar be careful not to get too close or drill through one of the pillar structure that connects to the truck. Near the top there is two raised lines of plastic that were contacting metal when attached. I don’t like the plastic push connectors because they are very difficult to remove if you need to. Screws would be better.

Hope you all realize 95% of people don't use letter and number drill bits. We use regular fraction sized.

I have found that it's better to cut off a couple of inches off of the radiator hose after cutting it in half, before assembling everything back together. Some of those hoses are in tightly confined spaces and adding length to the hose may throw other things off or cause a kink in the hose in first bend following the splice.

Just bought these for a ‘71 I’d imagine the process is pretty similar if not identical. Does the tachometer signal come from the LS computer? If memory serves it’s a white wire but I’d have to check.

My wideband afr gauge came with red, yellow, orange and black wires for power. It was not specified how to wire the yellow wire in this video

Having an issue on a 2003 5.9 where plugged into fuses based off install guide and it remains powered even when vehicle is off and light switches

If I’m running 2 seperate gauge pods how would I run the expandable circuits if there is only 1 constant power fuse and 1 ignition fuse and 1 headlight fuse do they need to be spliced together? To make 1 plug? I’m confused someone please help
