JBL tune beam sucks. I have them. They randomly disconnect during call on PC and if you have another device that has connected to the earbuds it will randomly connect to it and stop working.

I know you mentioned the mics won't output through the larger boomboxes, but do the microphones connect to another unit of the Encore if they're in TWS mode? Or will it still only come out of the single unit they're paired to?

Heads up: I bought these to listen to music on a Huawei P20 Lite and it's horrible. There are noises that make it sound like vinyl (the "frying" sound) and the music is distorted (again, like a very old vinyl). I wonder if the problem is because this phone model is old (6 years)... and maybe these work fine on newer phones? I don't know...

You meant the worst. They fall off the ears _all_the_time_, tested it with several different ears. They are just constructed without balance and they don't hold. They foget to charge in the box bc of the bad contact and you need to open the box and check all the time that they are charging. The person on the other end never hears you bc of the bad mic. The sound is worse than of many other earbuds I tried. The worst earbuds I ever owned or tried, including the airplane ones, at least they're working.

So many pointless complaints from a guy who dont know what hes talking about contradicts himself every minute and doesnt look into things before making videos you can link it to any jbl speaker using the app atmos is what throws the music at you far away so there is a " benefit " to it and streaming music off wifi provides better sound quality stability and battery life cuz bluetooth uses more power.. again doesnt know what hes talking about 😂

How's the battery power, are you satisfied ? On the previous one that I have the it has a different smaller branding label on the front grill and it doesn't last for 6 hours at max volume with the lights turned off. These are the WORST earbuds I have ever owned and now use them to listen to podcasts only. Every time you touch them the voice is activated - irritating. Sorry Buddy but you should try Good ones first then compare to these. Oh and you’re not getting a refund unless you bought them directly from their website so their customer service is just like their earbuds
