hi, i am really interested in purchasing your course and learn from it. but the subscription of mesh morpher is very costly for me. is there any alternative for mesh morpher that i can use during and after the course. I know that there is a 7 day trial, but since i can't afford to subscribe i wouldnt be able to use it in any of my future hobby project. so i wanted how much part of the course is dependent upon mesh morpher? how good/bad would be the final outcome without using it or using any alternative if any. thank you for your time

Hey the course, at least for converting the MetaHuman into the cartoon style character hinges heavily on Mesh Morpher, there are alternatives but tbh the amount of features that Morpher has compared to others is night and day at least for my workflow. There are free ways to alter MetaHumans but a lot of functionality in the face would not work correctly after you alter to this capacity without something like Mesh Morpher. If 3d is more of a hobby and not something used professionally then paying for a software subscription may not be the best option.

For the course you would need the full version. They do have a 30 day trial version of the full if you email them.

The concepts should be the same. I’m sure you could apply the same principles to C4D that I do in Blender. Though some things may be called differently in C4D. Some things like export/import settings may take some experimenting. Overall though I believe so. The only thing you can’t switch out is having Mesh Morpher for UE.

Some of the functions may not be in the lite but I think they have a trial version for Mesh Morpher.
