The Arctis Nova Pro Wireless and Wired earpads have different attachment mechanisms. The Arctis Nova Pro wireless earpads feature a bracket that attaches securely to the earcup. The Arctis Nova Pro wired earpads use a backside flap, which you insert into a gap on the earcup to attach the earpad.

If the earpads are already cracked, cleaning them won't fix the issue. Cracks can worsen over time and may affect both the comfort and functionality of the earpads. If the damage is causing discomfort or issues with your eardrum, we recommend replacing them.

Like any PU leather earpads on the market, ours will eventually peel. However, with regular cleaning, you can slow down the process. We recommend using Clorox Disinfecting Wipes or baby wipes to remove light smells and stains while preserving the color. Avoid alcohol wipes, as they can damage the leather. Since they’re made of PU leather, they focus on sound quality, though you might notice a slight change in sound.

Could you please clarify what you mean by the retainer clip? In the video, we showed how to align and attach the earpads to the earcups. There are 4 slots on the earcups where the earpads need to hook on. Our earpads have a plastic bracket at the back with 4 hooks, and the video demonstrates the step-by-step process to install them properly.
