thanks for this video.. it was very helpful.. the cup removal was the hardest part for me as the cups kept closing as i opened one side.. i would like to suggest maybe zooming in closer during that part of the video.. the supplied angled spudger also ended up bending for me while i struggled to remove the cup

Thanks for your order! The white earpads can show dirt easily, but regular cleaning can help keep them looking fresh. You can use Clorox wipes or baby wipes, but avoid alcohol wipes as they can affect the color. After cleaning, a simple cloth works great to wipe them down. Enjoy your new set!

My problem with the Pulse Elite Headphones is the cushions are not deep enough and the top of my ear touches the plastic inside. It causes my ears to hurt. Are these cushions any deeper than the OEM?

They are slightly thicker than the original earpads, so they are deeper.
