Some really good tips I had not heard before and I have watched and listened to lots of swim coaches videos and podcasts. Would love a video on the drills you mentioned especially the floating drills. Keep it up Lisa.

That is really bad. I've participated in local small tri's that have people on all intersections. The organizers should've definitely have someone there.... SPECIALLY if that section was closed for pre-riding. Great push Lisa, but that was so hard to came back from.

there is no doubt in my mind, the markings are necessary for athlete well being and fair racing. if it was an official motorcycle who instructed you otherwise and you have to oblidge to officials its their fault. request for a payout as you deserve, they screwed up.

We had long discussions about that with the organiser, but it’s a difficult situation. You can’t change any finishing time retroactively- and they for sure don’t want to pay out MORE prize money...
