A day in Playitas

It's February, its base training and we escaped for two weeks of training at Playitas Resort in Fuerteventura.
I picked up my new Plasma 6 just a few days prior and it gave me a first opportunity to test it on the road. After a cold Swedish winter the outdoor pool and the warmer temperatures at Playitas is such a treat. We brought Jeff out and he captured one of my days of training including a morning run, a solid bike session and a basic endurance swim.
After that day - I was three sessions and one day closer to my Ironman debut...

Löppasset var en timme, cyklingen 2,5hr och simningen 1h15. Totalt blev det 28 resp 26,5hr på de två veckorna jag var på playitas

Try to keep your head up while you sprint. Lean forwards from your ankle-flexion not from neck or from hips ;) . More efficient and less injury prone :D
