Roger's Kitchen

I love food and it’s one of my passions if not the biggest of my passions. That being said, I’m always imagining how this flavor would taste with something else and then before I know I’m creating a dish. Very seldom is it a keeper out of the gate. Most times it’ll be tweaked and tweaked some more before it makes it in my food journal or website. I’ve kept several in my journal and kept that recipe hidden from the public eyes. I’ll cook it and let folks eat the dish… but the behind the scenes are kept hidden… until I eventually croak…

I have also recently moved into full time traveling mode and now cook out of my converted 1996 school bus… yep Roger’sKitchen is now “on the road” and will continue dishing up some tasty creations.

You’ll find a combination of long and short videos. The longer videos are where I’m experimenting with flavors, textures, and how the food looks. The “shorts” are mostly established dishes.
